tcdb renders the set heading "2018-19 Panini Certified - 2018" with Total Cards "40" and 40 rows rendered (https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/190465/2018-19-Panini-Certified-2018 ). No flag token appears on any rendered row of this set. checklistcenter heads the same set "2018-19 Panini Certified – 2018 Set" and lists 40 checklist rows, counted rather than taken from a header (https://www.checklistcenter.com/2018-19-panini-certified-basketball/ ). Two sources agree on the count. Set name written as tcdb renders it; checklistcenter's heading form is quoted above where it differs (see gap G-009). Card-level checklist is out of scope for this pass (CHASE_CHECKLIST_SPEC).

Checklist · not documented
This set has a recorded count of 40, but the card-by-card checklist is not yet in the catalogue. That's an open research question, not a statement that no checklist exists. If you know a source that documents it, tell us — a pointer to one is exactly what closes these.
