ASIA PARALLELS: Light Blue (No Johnson*), Red & Gold." and checklistcenter "Parallels: Camoe #/25 or Less; Gold #/10; Black 1/1" both publish this tier as a ceiling ("#/25 or less" / "#/25 or Less"), and tcdb CONFIRMS the ceiling is real: the checklist states Total Cards "18" and the per-row serial flags VARY - FG-DAF carries "SN18" and FG-KJN carries "SN22" while the other 16 rows carry "SN25". So the run is per-card variable with 25 as its maximum, and 25 is not the print run of this tier. Recorded UNKNOWN/UNKNOWN per EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.3.
