Notes
https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/207865/2018-19-Panini-Chronicles-Blue renders 'Total Cards: 599' and 'SN99' on rows 1-75. The Obsidian Preview portion agrees rather than deviating: https://www.sportscardchecklist.com/set-173320/2018-19-panini-chronicles-base-obsidian-preview-blue-basketball-trading-card-checklist renders 'Serial/99' for 571-585, independently corroborated by an eBay listing title for 'Obsidian Preview Shai Gilgeous-Alexander #579 Blue /99'. Coverage was derived by reconciling tcdb's per-parallel 'Total Cards' against the 21 sourced block counts and it reconciles exactly for all nine colours; the figure is corroboration of the block structure, not the source of this row's print run.
