Notes

Print run measured as a literal tcdb flag token on the tier's own rows, not inferred: ViewSet renders "SN1" on every visible row. Header states "Total Cards: 187" against the 190 rows the parent renders, i.e. tcdb has not catalogued every plate row yet; that is a cataloguing shortfall on the subset, recorded in gaps, and it does not change the base-scope figure because the token is measured on the rows themselves. checklistcenter independently lists "Printing Plates 1/1" for the base set. No channel is written for any parallel in this release. The only channel-bearing quote found is product-level - Steel City Collectibles renders "Look for Blaster Exclusive Parallels!" on the blaster box page - and it names no tier, so inheriting it onto a tier would be exactly the inference section 1.5 forbids. channel=UNKNOWN with an EMPTY channel_basis, per section 2.3 and migrations/003_parallels.sql. https://www.steelcitycollectibles.com/i/2018-19-panini-contenders-basketball-5ct-blaster-box Evidence: https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/194842/2018-19-Panini-Contenders-Season-Ticket-Printing-Plates-Yellow ; https://www.checklistcenter.com/2018-19-panini-contenders-basketball/
