  • G-001 rookie_flag is UNKNOWN for all 100 base cards. Neither checklistcenter.com nor cardsmithsbreaks.com prints RC designations on the Season Ticket base checklist (cardsmithsbreaks.com explicitly: 'The base set lists 100 cards by number and player name only, without RC markings'). The 2023 draft class (Wembanyama #11, Miller #24, Henderson #27, Black #35, Walker #39, Hendricks #43, Howard #53, Dick #71, Hawkins #76, Hood-Schifino #83, Jaquez Jr. #84, Whitmore #95, Smith Jr. #100) is interleaved with veterans but rookie status is inferred, not source-stated.
  • G-002 Release date disputed: June 21, 2024 (checklistinsider.com and breakninja.com) vs June 19, 2024 (checklistcenter.com). 2024-06-21 adopted on the two-source majority.
  • G-003 cardboardconnection.com could not be used: WebFetch is blocked by its robots.txt, and no 2023-24 Panini Contenders Basketball page surfaced in search (only the separate 2023-24 Contenders Optic pages). The primary preferred source was therefore unavailable.
  • G-004 beckett.com/news returned HTTP 403 and could not be used to cross-check the checklist, parallels, set counts or release date.
  • G-005 Task brief expected a ~165-card Season Ticket base set; all three consulted checklists (checklistcenter.com, cardsmithsbreaks.com, checklistinsider.com) independently document exactly 100 base cards for 2023-24, and two of them list identical player/team data for #1-100. 100 adopted. Needs coordinator confirmation that the brand-level expectation should be revised for this year.
  • G-006 Ticket Stub print run is variable, published as '#/77 or less'; checklistcenter.com describes the 160-card Ticket Stub parallel run as numbered anywhere from #/2 to #/77 or 1/1 depending on player. The schema allows only an integer or 'unnumbered', so 77 (the stated maximum) was recorded. A true per-card print run is not captured.
  • G-007 Ticket Stub is listed among the base parallels by checklistinsider.com and cardsmithsbreaks.com but does NOT appear in checklistcenter.com's base parallel list; checklistcenter.com instead treats it as a separate 160-card 'Ticket Stub Parallel Set' spanning multiple sets. Included as a base parallel on the two-source majority.
  • G-008 Print-run conflict for Game Ticket Red and Game Ticket Green. checklistcenter.com and checklistinsider.com both list Red and Green as unnumbered (with Blue /49 and Purple /25), while DA Card World blaster copy compresses them as 'Game Ticket Red and Blue (#'d/49)' and 'Game Ticket Green and Purple (#'d/25)'. Unnumbered adopted for Red and Green on the two-checklist majority; DA Card World phrasing is ambiguous.
  • G-009 Channel is UNKNOWN for 11 of 19 base parallels (Game Ticket Bronze, Play-In Ticket, Premium Edition, Playoff Ticket, First Round Ticket, Semifinal Ticket, Ticket Stub, Conference Finals Ticket, The Finals Ticket, Cracked Ice Ticket, Game 7 Ticket, Championship Ticket). Only the retail/blaster/fat-pack Game Ticket colours (DA Card World blaster copy), the Retail parallel and the FOTL Opening Night Ticket have sourced distribution. Hobby box copy names no base parallel by name. [REVIEWED 2026-08-17: count is now 12 of 19 - the channel pass resolved -1 of these with cited evidence. • G-010 'Green Shimmer' is named as a retail-exclusive parallel by DA Card World blaster copy but checklistinsider.com states it exists only as an autograph parallel ('Premium Edition Green Shimmer'), and checklistcenter.com lists Premium Edition Green Shimmer only under the Rookie Ticket auto ladder. Excluded from base parallels pending resolution.
  • G-011 2024-25 NBA Contenders scoping: no evidence of a 2024-25 Panini Contenders Basketball release was found. checklistinsider.com/2024-25-panini-contenders-basketball and checklistcenter.com's 2024-25 slug both return HTTP 404, checklistinsider.com's basketball index lists no 2024-25 Contenders (only Prizm, Origins, Court Kings, Haunted Hoops), and DA Card World's Contenders Basketball index skips from 2023/24 straight to an unlicensed 2025/26 product. The ONLY contrary signal is a single retailer placeholder at midwestcards.com titled '2024/25 Panini Contenders Basketball Hobby Box' with a stated release date of 2025-06-27, status 'Out of Stock' and 'TBD' for cards per pack, packs per box and box contents - consistent with a scheduled product that was announced but never shipped. Scoping of 2023-24 as the final NBA Contenders release is therefore supported, but the midwestcards.com listing is logged for coordinator review.
  • G-012 Season Ticket Photo Variations (60 cards) auto status disputed: checklistcenter.com heads it 'Season Ticket Photo Variations Auto Set' while cardsmithsbreaks.com lists it as a non-auto variation set with no autograph or serial-numbering wording. Classified set_type=insert pending resolution.
  • G-013 Autograph set count disagreements: Legendary Contenders Autographs 19 (cardsmithsbreaks.com, checklistinsider.com) vs 20 (checklistcenter.com); NBA Ink Autographs 27 (cardsmithsbreaks.com, checklistinsider.com) vs 30 (checklistcenter.com). Two-source values adopted in both cases.
  • G-014 Single-source set counts (checklistcenter.com only): Rookie Ticket Retail Autographs 20, Rookie Season Ticket Variations Ticket Stub Autographs 40, Veteran Season Ticket Retail Autographs 20, Rookie Ticket Swatches 40, Rookie Ticket Dual Swatches 10, 2022-23 Update 12.
  • G-015 '2022-23 Update' conflict: checklistcenter.com documents a 12-card set (described as Trae Young cards with premium edition parallels and ticket variations), while cardsmithsbreaks.com lists a single card called '2022-23 Panini Contenders Basketball'. checklistcenter.com's 12 adopted; the set's true composition is unverified.
  • G-016 Memorabilia sets (Rookie Ticket Swatches, Rookie Ticket Dual Swatches) were classified set_type=insert because the schema offers only base/insert/auto and has no relic category.
  • G-017 checklistcenter.com lists a 160-card 'Ticket Stub Parallel Set' as if it were a standalone set. It was NOT recorded in sets.csv because it is a parallel treatment spanning the base set and several autograph sets, not a distinct set; the base-set portion is captured in parallels.csv.
  • G-018 COVERAGE GAP (2026-08-17): base_cards covers only the unsigned Season Ticket portion (#1-100). The printed numbering continues to ~#165 via autographed Rookie Tickets, recorded as auto sets in sets.csv but with NO card-level rows here. Other Contenders releases DO capture those rows (card_type=rookie-auto) - coverage is uneven across seasons.
  • G-019 Per-set parallel tier repair pass (2026-08-27): Rookie Season Ticket Variations' existing note ('Parallels run from #/46 through Championship Ticket 1/1') names only the top tier and gives no intermediate tier names to enumerate cleanly; 2022-23 Update's note ('premium edition parallels and ticket variations') is similarly non-specific. tcdb.com's Inserts.cfm page for this release has no matching suffixed family for either. Both left unannotated.
  • G-020 Season Ticket Photo Variations: 59 of 60 written; Brandon Miller (Charlotte Hornets) WITHHELD. tcdb files the 40 rookie half of this set under sid 442285 and prints Brandon Miller's card number as '2' on all three of its views (Checklist.cfm, Gallery.cfm and the card's own ViewCard.cfm page, cid 25297971). That contradicts tcdb's own parent checklist, where #2 is RJ Barrett and #24 is Brandon Miller, and contradicts seller free-text titles such as https://www.ebay.com/itm/296633451163 ('2023-24 Panini Contenders Season Ticket #24 Brandon Miller Charlotte Hornets'). Writing '24' would be a derivation from the base run rather than a sourced number, and writing '2' would store a known-wrong identifier, so the row is withheld. Every other row in sid 442285 agrees with its base-run number. Source: https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/442285/2023-24-Panini-Contenders-Rookie-Season-Ticket-Photo-Variation
  • G-021 2022-23 Update: 1 of 12 written. tcdb files this update under the 2023-24 Contenders parent as TWELVE separate one-card sids, 460549-460560, each headed '2023-24 Panini Contenders - 2022-23 Panini Contenders Update I: Veteran <tier>' with Total Cards 1, and every one of them is the same Trae Young card in a different ticket / Premium Edition treatment (Championship Ticket, Clear Ticket, Cracked Ice Ticket, Season Ticket, Season Ticket Premium Edition, Premium Edition Blue Shimmer FOTL, Premium Edition Gold, Premium Edition Gold Vinyl, Premium Edition Green Shimmer, Premium Edition Red Shimmer FOTL, Season Ticket Stub, The Finals Ticket). Only the base Veteran Season Ticket row (VT-TAH, sid 460552) is written, because the other eleven are parallels rather than distinct cards. This RESOLVES the conflict recorded in G-015: checklistcenter.com's '12 Trae Young cards' and cardsmithsbreaks.com's 'a single card' are the same object counted two ways, and sets.csv's card_count of 12 is a parallel count. Coordinator decision needed on whether card_count should become 1 with an 11-tier parallel ladder. Source: https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/460552/2023-24-Panini-Contenders-2022-23-Update-I-Veteran-Season-Ticket and https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/404443/2023-24-Panini-Contenders-Basketball
  • G-022 Uncatalogued tcdb subset found by sid probing, NOT written: sid 443876 = '2023-24 Panini Contenders - Veteran Season Ticket Stub Retail', 20 cards. It is absent from tcdb's own Inserts.cfm listing for this release (which lists 443872-443875 and 443877 either side of it), so Inserts.cfm omitted a real sid on this season - the same omission failure mode seen on the Hoops line. It is a Ticket Stub parallel of the 20-card Veteran Season Ticket Retail Autographs set and has no sets.csv row of its own, so no cards were written for it. Recorded here rather than invented as a new set. Probe: https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/443876/x
  • G-023 Numbering conflict inside the 101-145 rookie run, left as-is and flagged for review. The Rookie Ticket Autographs run is 101-145 with 104, 105, 109, 115 and 128 unissued (40 issued), confirmed three ways: the parent checklist https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/404443/2023-24-Panini-Contenders-Basketball?PageIndex=2, the 180-row Season Ticket Stub set https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/443815/2023-24-Panini-Contenders-Season-Ticket-Stub?PageIndex=2, and checklistcenter.com's 40-name 'Rookie Ticket Auto Set (101-145)' roster. BUT tcdb's Rookie Season Ticket Photo Variation set (sid 442285) assigns four of those unissued numbers to players who appear nowhere in the rookie autograph run: 105 Dariq Whitehead, 109 Julian Strawther, 115 Isaiah Wong, 128 Rayan Rupert. checklistcenter.com independently lists all four in Season Ticket Photo Variations and in no autograph set, so both sources agree these four rookies have a photo variation but no autographed Rookie Ticket. The rows are written as printed; 104 is unissued in every source consulted. Coordinator review requested.
  • G-024 COVERAGE UPDATE to G-018 (2026-09-06): the printed numbering past #100 is now captured card-level in insert_cards.csv. The hobby Rookie Ticket Autographs occupy 101-145 (40 issued) inside the parent Season Ticket checklist with no subset page of their own, and the retail Rookie Ticket Retail Autographs occupy 146-165 inside the 120-card 'Season Ticket Retail' checklist (sid 443190) - which is why G-018 observed the run continuing to about #165. base_cards.csv is unchanged and still covers only #1-100; the 101-165 rows live in insert_cards.csv under their own set names. Separately, tcdb's parent header 'Total Cards 141' is stale in the low direction: the parent renders 200 rows (100 base + 60 'b' photo variations + 40 rookie tickets), verified by Gallery.cfm pagination ending at page 20 (https://www.tcdb.com/Gallery.cfm/sid/404443/2023-24-Panini-Contenders-Basketball?PageIndex=20) with no page 21, and by the page boundary arithmetic - checklist page 2 begins at overall row 101, which is where card 83 lands, and Gallery page 13 (rows 121-130) begins at card 101, which is where the rookie block starts. Likewise sid 443815's header says 140 while it renders 180 rows.
