EXCLUDED from base_set_size per EXTRACTION_SPEC section 5.3. Sized off the last rendered gallery page, not off the parent header: Gallery.cfm PageIndex=16 ends at 130 Mikal Bridges and PageIndex=17 renders no tiles. checklistcenter heads it "2018-19 Panini Contenders Optic - Rookie Ticket Auto Set" at "30 Cards". tcdb renders 30 distinct numbers 101-130 and Errors.cfm returns a "BASE:" row for each.
