Printing plate of the Rookie Ticket variation block - verified on the rows themselves: cards 101, 115 and 130 each render "AU, SN1, VAR". checklistcenter's Rookie Ticket Variation Auto Set ladder reads "Printing Plates 1/1". A one-of-one is the integer 1. SCOPE NOTE: this tier has no sid of its own. It is rendered inside the correspondingly named BASE parallel sid, whose 101-130 half carries a different print run from its 1-100 half. scope_type is "set" and not "block" deliberately: EXTRACTION_SPEC section 2.3 records that a block row resolves against base_card_tiers, that this release has no tier rows, and that data/contenders-bkb-2018-19 had six colliding pairs rejected for exactly that reason.
