Printing plate of the Rookie Ticket variation block - the sid demonstrably extends over the 101-130 block by its stated total, but its variation rows were not individually probed and the figure for this colour rests on checklistcenter plus the probed Black plate. checklistcenter's Rookie Ticket Variation Auto Set ladder reads "Printing Plates 1/1". A one-of-one is the integer 1. SCOPE NOTE: this tier has no sid of its own. It is rendered inside the correspondingly named BASE parallel sid, whose 101-130 half carries a different print run from its 1-100 half. scope_type is "set" and not "block" deliberately: EXTRACTION_SPEC section 2.3 records that a block row resolves against base_card_tiers, that this release has no tier rows, and that data/contenders-bkb-2018-19 had six colliding pairs rejected for exactly that reason.
