Both aggregators state "Orange #/25" flatly, with no ceiling language, and tcdb confirms it independently: every tile on https://www.tcdb.com/Gallery.cfm/sid/244804/2019-20-Panini-Contenders-Optic-Orange?PageIndex=11 carries "(AU, SN25)", against "SN49" on the same set's base rows. cardboardconnection "PARALLEL CARDS: Red #/149 or less, Blue #/99 or less, Orange #/25, Gold #/10, Gold Vinyl 1/1, Printing Plates 1/1." (https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2019-20-panini-contenders-optic-basketball-cards); checklistcenter "Blue #/99 or Less; Red #/49 or Less; Orange #/25; Gold #/10; Gold Vinyl 1/1; Printing Plates 1/1" (https://www.checklistcenter.com/2019-20-panini-contenders-optic-basketball-card-checklist/). Neither ladder contains Silver, which agrees with tcdb's Silver set stating Total Cards "100" and stopping at the base run.
