tcdb renders "101b Franz Wagner AU, VAR" with NO serial token anywhere on the page, on page 2 of the same set (https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/341249/2021-22-Panini-Contenders-Optic---Red-Wave?PageIndex=2). cardboardconnection Rookie Ticket Variation ladder, identical across two independent fetches of the page: "PARALLEL CARDS: Red Wave, Red #/75 or #/49, Blue #/35, Orange #/25, Gold #/10, Gold Wave #/10, Gold Vinyl 1/1, Printing Plates 1/1." (https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2021-22-panini-contenders-optic-basketball-nba-cards) checklistcenter publishes no separate ladder for the variation set, so this ladder is SINGLE-SOURCE except where tcdb's per-row flags corroborate it (they do for Blue #/35, Orange #/25, Gold #/10, Gold Wave #/10, Gold Vinyl 1/1 and Red Wave). See gap G-016. SCOPE ESTABLISHED STRUCTURALLY, NOT BY NAME: tcdb gives every base-and-block parallel ONE sid, and its "Total Cards" header splits the ladder cleanly - Silver, 75th Anniversary, Blue Wave, Green Pulsar and Black Pandora SSP each state "100" and stop at card 100, while Red, Red Wave, Blue, Orange, Gold, Gold Wave, Gold Vinyl and the four Printing Plates each state "140" and render rows 101-140 and 101b-140b as well. That 100-versus-140 split reproduces cardboardconnection's and checklistcenter's two separate ladders exactly, and the per-row serial flags differ across the boundary under one set name (Blue is "SN99" on row 1 and "AU, SN49" on row 101; Red is unflagged on row 1 and "AU, SN99" on row 111), so the two scopes are genuinely different objects. UNNUMBERED IS A POSITIVE FINDING: the same renderer prints AU, SN35 / SN25 / SN10 / SN1 on the sibling variation tiers of this same release and prints nothing here. CHANNEL DECLINED ON PURPOSE (EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.3): channel=UNKNOWN with channel_basis EMPTY. The only channel evidence found for this product is the product-level hobby-box note ("Approx. $340USD Per Hobby Box", https://www.checklistcenter.com/2021-22-panini-contenders-optic-basketball-card-checklist/; "Hobby Configuration: 6 cards per pack, 1 pack per box, 20 boxes per case", https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2021-22-panini-contenders-optic-basketball-nba-cards). That note supports "the product ships in hobby boxes" and says nothing about an individual tier. It was allowed to carry channel=hobby / basis=from-note on the ordinary ladder, but it is NOT extended to the Wave, Pandora and Pulsar finishes: in the 2019-20 release of this same line the Wave finishes were a China/T-Mall exclusive (data/contendersoptic-bkb-2019-20 carries channel=china on base Gold Wave and Red Wave), and this season checklistcenter files Red Wave, Blue Wave #/45 and Gold Wave #/10 under a separate heading "Asia Parallels" for the Rookies set (https://www.checklistcenter.com/2021-22-panini-contenders-optic-basketball-card-checklist/). Writing hobby here would be the inference EXTRACTION_SPEC 1.5 forbids. See gap G-017.
