Notes
Read off the tier's own page: tcdb renders Total Cards "25", 25 rows PCA-BBP through PCA-THW, with the distinct serial tokens SN75 and SN49 both present (https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/391230/2022-23-Panini-Contenders-Optic-Perennial-Contenders-Autographs-Blue). Corroborated by checklistcenter's "Perennial Contenders Autographs" ladder "Parallels: Blue #/75 or #/49; Orange #/25; Gold #/10; Gold Vinyl 1/1" (https://www.checklistcenter.com/2022-23-panini-contenders-optic-basketball-card-checklist/). PRINT RUN WRITTEN UNKNOWN DELIBERATELY: this tier is PROVABLY serial numbered with a run that varies by card, and EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.3 says the schema cannot carry "serial numbered, run unknown". The held facts are in gap G-009, not lost.
