• G-001 Base set size disputed: Beckett ('140 cards.') and TCDB ('Total Cards: 140') count the base set as 140 by including Rookie Silhouettes 101-140; breakninja's Base card-set page ends at 100, and checklistcenter ('100 Cards') and cardsmithsbreaks ('Base Set: 100 cards') both state 100. Recorded as 100 with Rookie Silhouettes listed as a separate auto set.
• G-002 rookie_flag is UNKNOWN for all 100 base cards. checklistcenter explicitly carries no RC designations; cardsmithsbreaks shows RC markers but they are internally inconsistent (Cameron Thomas #25, Jaden Springer #35, JT Thor #37, Kai Jones #43, Isaiah Todd #47, James Bouknight #61, Joshua Primo #71, Isaiah Jackson #73, Moses Moody #91, Jared Butler #95 are all 2021 rookies yet unmarked). No reliable RC source found.
• G-003 Print run for Black Crystal FOTL disputed: Beckett states 'Black Crystal FOTL - /4'; checklistcenter states 'Black FOTL 1/1'. breakninja's one-of-ones page lists only Base Crystal Platinum as a base 1/1, favouring /4. Recorded as 4, source_confidence single.
• G-004 Team disagreement on card #63 Keon Johnson: breakninja lists Los Angeles Clippers; checklistcenter and cardsmithsbreaks list Portland Trail Blazers. Recorded as Portland Trail Blazers (2 of 3 sources).
• G-005 Name spelling variants: card #45 rendered 'DayRon Sharpe' by breakninja vs 'Day'Ron Sharpe' by checklistcenter and cardsmithsbreaks; card #66 'DeAaron Fox' vs 'De'Aaron Fox'. Apostrophe forms adopted.
• G-006 cardboardconnection.com is robots-disallowed from this environment (repeated ROBOTS_DISALLOWED errors), so the usual primary checklist source could not be consulted for this release.
• G-007 Set-name spelling for the Kaboom! insert is inconsistent across sources: checklist databases (Beckett, breakninja, TCDB, cardsmithsbreaks) index it as 'Kaboom' while Panini America and retailers print 'Kaboom!'. Recorded as 'Kaboom!'.
• G-008 Card counts for Crown Autographs (59), Rookie Crown Autographs (36), Royal Signatures (26), Regal Achievements Signatures (19) and Silhouettes (23) come from Beckett only; no second source publishes per-set auto counts for this release. breakninja independently corroborates Crown Autographs at 59 distinct numbers within a 1-60 range.
• G-009 Rookie Silhouettes is double-represented in the ontology: it is its own 40-card auto-relic set AND occupies base numbering 101-140. Consumers reconciling to Beckett's 140-card base figure need to be aware of the overlap.
• G-010 Panini published no per-set or per-parallel pull odds for this release. No odds sheet, wrapper-odds reprint or sell-sheet odds line was located on paniniamerica.net, Beckett, DA Card World, Steel City Collectibles or any checklist site.
• G-011 Future Kings Signatures is 39 of 40. tcdb renders the card number for Kai Jones (Charlotte Hornets) as the literal string "TBD" on both the base page https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/311869/2021-22-Panini-Crown-Royale-Future-Kings-Signatures and the FOTL parallel https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/311870/2021-22-Panini-Crown-Royale-Future-Kings-Signatures-FOTL , so no printed number is available and the row is withheld rather than derived from the FK- pattern. Errors.cfm exposes the per-row flag column and explains why: https://www.tcdb.com/Errors.cfm/sid/311869/2021-22-Panini-Crown-Royale-Future-Kings-Signatures renders "TBD Kai Jones AU, SN49, EXCH Charlotte Hornets" - EXCH marks an exchange/redemption card, which is evidenced absence of a catalogued printed number rather than an unresolved placeholder. Note FK-KJN in this set is Keon Johnson, not Kai Jones, so the code cannot be reused. Roster preserved here: Kai Jones.
• G-012 Contradicts G-008. G-008 records that "breakninja independently corroborates Crown Autographs at 59 distinct numbers within a 1-60 range". tcdb renders Crown Autographs as letter codes with a CA- prefix (CA-AAT ... CA-UHS), not as integers in a 1-60 range - see https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/311864/2021-22-Panini-Crown-Royale-Crown-Autographs-Platinum . breakninja is listed in CHASE_CHECKLIST_SPEC.md as a source that renumbers coded sets 1..N, so its "1-60 range" is an aggregator row index, not printed card numbers. The card_count of 59 is unaffected and is independently confirmed by the Platinum page rendering exactly 59 rows, but G-008's description of the numbering should not be read as evidence about what is printed on the card.
• G-013 tcdb renders Keon Johnson's team inconsistently across sets within this one release: Los Angeles Clippers on Future Kings Signatures (https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/311869/2021-22-Panini-Crown-Royale-Future-Kings-Signatures) and on Rookie Silhouettes Prime (https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/311912/2021-22-Panini-Crown-Royale-Rookie-Silhouettes-Prime), but Portland Trail Blazers on Rookie Crown Autographs (https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/311894/2021-22-Panini-Crown-Royale-Rookie-Crown-Autographs), Rookie Royalty (https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/311902/2021-22-Panini-Crown-Royale-Rookie-Royalty) and Heirs to the Throne (https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/311874/2021-22-Panini-Crown-Royale-Heirs-to-the-Throne). He was traded in the 2021-22 season, so both are defensible. Each row records the team its own source page rendered; team_or_school is therefore not internally consistent for this player across sets. Related to G-004, which records the same disagreement on base card #63.
• G-014 Run summary, insert/auto checklist fill 2026-09-11. 482 rows appended across the 17 previously unstarted sets (Kaboom! 25/25 was already complete and was not touched); 482 of 483 scoped cards resolved, the single shortfall being the Kai Jones Future Kings Signatures row in G-011. Every other set reconciles exactly to its sets.csv card_count. Primary source throughout was tcdb ViewSet.cfm under parent sid 305552, whose insert block 311845-311936 is fully contiguous (92 sids listed, 92 numbers in range, no numeric gaps to probe); sid 311937 probes to "2021-22 Panini Contenders - Veteran Championship Ticket", a foreign product, bounding the block above. Three sets had short BASE pages and were completed from a parallel tier that prints the same card numbers: Crown Autographs 58->59 (Platinum), Silhouettes 20->23 (FOTL), Royal Signatures 25->26 (FOTL). Rookie Silhouettes has no base sid at all and was resolved from its Prime and Super Prime parallels plus the parent checklist's own 101-140 block. Two genuine intra-set code collisions are written verbatim and flagged in notes: HT-KJN (Kai Jones / Keon Johnson) and KR-DRS (Derrick Rose / D'Angelo Russell). Sources that could not be used: cardboardconnection remains robots-blocked (G-006); comc.com set pages return HTTP 403; eBay pages checked for corroboration carried tcdb flag strings such as "(AU, MEM, RC)" and were rejected as circular. Independent corroboration came from goldin.co and pristineauction.com free-text lot titles.
