COUNT CONTESTED AND RESOLVED AGAINST tcdb'S OWN BASE PAGE. tcdb sid 175685 states "Total Cards: 37" and renders exactly 37 rows - self-consistent, and WRONG. Its own two parallel sids each state "Total Cards: 38" and render 38 (Prime 175686, Tag 175687), and the extra row is RSJ-JHT, which the base page omits; cardboardconnection states "38 cards." and checklistcenter "38 Cards". Four renderings against one, so 38 is written. A tcdb header agreeing with its own rows proves only that tcdb is internally consistent about an error. Serial-token census over all rendered rows: base page {SN49 x33, SN25 x4} - PER-CARD VARIABLE; Prime {SN10} on all 38; Tag {SN1} on all 38. tcdb's Inserts.cfm Notes column on this parent is the image-completion-percentage shape: all 60 rows (56 insert + 4 parallel) carry a string of the form "7.6% of images added", with ZERO blank cells and ZERO serial statements, so the column carries no information about any tier and the blank-annotation test cannot be run at all (CAV-036 / EXTRACTION_SPEC 3.2).
