Notes
Print run single-source: cardboardconnection lists this set's parallels as "Green Flood, Press Proof, Press Proof Blue #/125, Press Proof Black 1/1". The same source was calibrated against tcdb on this release and passed in both directions: 15 of 15 base parallel NAMES, 12 of 12 base parallel PRINT RUNS (299/199/99/99/75/49/25/25/15/15/10/1), 9 of 9 insert-set CARD COUNTS, and all five Court Kings parallels (Green Flood and Press Proof unnumbered, Blue SN125, Orange SN99, Black SN1 - each confirmed on its own tcdb sid). This tier's own sid was NOT fetched, so the figure rests on cardboardconnection alone plus that calibration. tcdb catalogues the tier at https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/162169/2017-18-Donruss-All-Stars-Press-Proof-Blue .
