Notes
tcdb sid 162222 "2017-18 Donruss - The Champ is Here Press Proof", Total Cards: 15, renders an EMPTY flag column on every one of its 15 rendered rows. The same renderer prints serial tokens on comparable insert-scope parallel sids in this same release - Court Kings Press Proof Blue SN125, Press Proof Orange SN99 and Press Proof Black SN1 on all 40 of their rows, and every autograph parallel probed (SN10/SN5/SN1) - so the blank is discriminative rather than an unfilled column. cardboardconnection lists this tier with NO print run in the very line where it gives "#/125" and "1/1" for this set's sibling tiers. Absence confirmed on a SECOND, differently-parameterised fetch on a different endpoint: https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/162222/2017-18-Donruss-The-Champ-is-Here-Press-Proof?sort=0 also renders an empty flag column on all 15 rows.
