- G-001 A 174-card autograph/memorabilia block sits INSIDE the parent checklist past the base run (EXTRACTION_SPEC 5.3). tcdb parent sid 234290 states Total Cards "274"; cards 1-100 are the base set (flag "SN99" only) and cards 101-274 carry "AU"/"RC"/"MEM" flags - Gallery PageIndex=11 renders "101 Goga Bitadze | Indiana Pacers | AU, RC, SN99" and PageIndex=28 ends at "274 Cam Reddish | Atlanta Hawks | AU, MEM, RC, SN99". base_set_size=100 excludes the block, and the parent Total Cards was not used to size anything. The block is catalogued in sets.csv as five sets with no sid of their own.
- G-002 Card-number boundaries INSIDE the 101-274 parent block are only partly evidenced. Evidenced: the block starts at 101; Rookie Endorsements occupies 101-130 (tcdb Blue parallel Total Cards "130", last Gallery page renders exactly 121-130, all "AU, SN15"); Rookie Jersey Autographs plus Rookie Jersey Autographs Dual occupy 191-274 (both tcdb FOTL parallel sets state Total Cards "84" and both begin at "191 Zion Williamson"). NOT evidenced: the split of 131-190 between Rookie Scripted Signatures and Rookie Notable Signatures (30 + 30 per the aggregators, presumably 131-160 and 161-190, but no source states it), and the split of 191-274 between Rookie Jersey Autographs and its Dual (42 + 42, presumably 191-232 and 233-274, again unstated). Those two boundaries are arithmetic, not evidence, and were not written anywhere.
- G-003 Six parallel tiers have a per-card variable print run and are written UNKNOWN/UNKNOWN rather than the higher figure, per EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.3. Endorsements Red, Scripted Signatures Red and Slabbed Signatures Red: cardboardconnection publishes them as "Red #/25 or #/15" and tcdb renders BOTH "SN25" and "SN15" on the rows of each of those three checklists, confirming the alternation is real and per-card. Rookie Endorsements Red, Rookie Jersey Autographs Red and Rookie Jersey Autographs Dual Red: cardboardconnection publishes them as "Red #/25 (Zion #/15*)", a base figure with a named per-card exception. NOTE THE DIVERGENCE FROM EARLIER CATALOGUE PRACTICE flagged in EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.3: releases already loaded (Contenders Ticket Stub 77, Elite Aspirations 99) wrote the ceiling as an integer and gapped it; this release writes UNKNOWN and gaps it. Same evidence shape, opposite value, and nothing in either row tells a reader which convention it is under.
- G-004 THE SCHEMA CANNOT EXPRESS "SERIAL NUMBERED, RUN UNKNOWN", and it costs a held fact on 6 of 51 rows here. Every one of Endorsements Red, Scripted Signatures Red, Slabbed Signatures Red, Rookie Endorsements Red, Rookie Jersey Autographs Red and Rookie Jersey Autographs Dual Red is PROVABLY serial numbered - tcdb prints an SNxx flag on every row of the three that have their own sid - but the forced pairing of print_run and serial_numbered collapses them to UNKNOWN/UNKNOWN, which is indistinguishable from "nothing was found". Recorded here because the CSV cannot carry it. Separately, Making the Grade (sets.csv) is serial numbered to each card's own small figure with sixteen different values and has no set-level run at all.
- G-006 rookie_flag rests on a single source and on evidenced absence. tcdb renders no (RC) token on any of cards 1-100 while rendering "RC" on rows from 101 onward on the same flag column, so "no" is evidenced absence rather than an unresolved placeholder - but no second source publishes RC designations for this base set, and the base run being entirely veterans was not independently confirmed.
- G-007 TEMPORAL ANOMALY, written as the source prints it. Card 60 is rendered by tcdb as "Lonzo Ball | Los Angeles Lakers". Lonzo Ball was traded to the New Orleans Pelicans in July 2019 and played the entire 2019-20 season for New Orleans, so a 2019-20 card should carry Pelicans. The string was confirmed identical on two independent tcdb renders (Gallery PageIndex=6 and the Purple parallel checklist inline), so it is tcdb's own data and not a fetch artefact. Written verbatim; not corrected, because no source was found showing the card's printed team.
- G-008 Card 27 is rendered by tcdb as "DeMaR DeRozan" with a capital R in the middle of the forename. Confirmed identical on two independent tcdb renders (Gallery PageIndex=3 and the Purple parallel checklist inline), so it is tcdb's stored spelling and not a fetch artefact. Written verbatim rather than tidied to "DeMar", per the repo rule that names are what sources print.
- G-009 CODE COLLISION INSIDE ONE RELEASE. Scripted Signatures uses the prefix SS- ("SS-AAD | Alvan Adams") and Substantial Swatches also uses SS- ("SS-ADA | Anthony Davis") in this same product. Any later card-level pass under CHASE_CHECKLIST_SPEC must keep these two apart by set_name, because the card numbers alone will not do it. This is the same failure shape EXTRACTION_SPEC 5.5 records for an SS- prefix colliding with Sensational Signatures.
- G-010 Two sets are single-source (tcdb only): Substantial Swatches Rookies (Total Cards "30", 30 rows rendered, SR- codes) and Vaulted Veteran Material (Total Cards "30", 25 rows rendered, VV- codes). Neither cardboardconnection nor checklistcenter lists either set. Eight parallel tiers are also tcdb-only: Label Materials Prime and Tag, Rookie Label Materials Prime and Tag, Legendary Swatches Prime, Substantial Swatches Prime, Substantial Swatches Rookies Prime, Vaulted Veteran Material Prime.
- G-011 THE SET INVENTORY IS A UNION OF THREE PARTIAL SOURCES AND NO SOURCE IS COMPLETE. cardboardconnection lists nine sets and omits EVERY memorabilia set in the product (Label Materials, Rookie Label Materials, Legendary Swatches, Substantial Swatches, Substantial Swatches Rookies, Vaulted Veteran Material). checklistcenter lists the memorabilia sets but omits Slabbed Signatures, Making the Grade, Rookie Jersey Autographs Dual, Substantial Swatches Rookies and Vaulted Veteran Material. tcdb gives a sid to ten sets but gives none to the five rookie blocks filed inside the parent checklist. sets.csv carries the union, 16 rows including the base set. A set that exists in this product but appears in none of the three would not have been found.
- G-012 Four Prime parallels have a SMALLER roster than the set they parallel, and no source explains why. Legendary Swatches Prime states Total Cards "15" against its set's "20"; Substantial Swatches Prime "17" against "20"; Vaulted Veteran Material Prime "26" against "30". Read as genuine partial parallels (Prime patch tiers commonly cover only the players whose swatches yield a prime piece), but that reading is not sourced, and the alternative - an incomplete tcdb entry, which is exactly what the pilot found on Certified Mirror Camo - was not excluded.
- G-013 No pack odds were found for any set in this release. The only published figure is a box-level average ("Each hobby box is slated to have: 1 Graded Autograph, 1 Additional Autograph & 2 Relics"), which is not a per-set stated odds figure, so stated_odds, odds_evidence_url and odds_evidence_quote are empty on every sets.csv row and scarcity_tier is unset on every sets and parallels row.
- G-014 beckett.com could not be consulted, confirming the pilot's finding on a second release: https://www.beckett.com/news/2019-20-panini-encased-basketball-cards/ 302-redirects to https://beckett-maintenance-page.s3.amazonaws.com/index.html . Beckett is the usual third structural source, so cross-checking depth is one source shallower than normal. Note also that cardboardconnection and checklistcenter agree almost verbatim on the base line and on the base parallel list and may be ONE opinion counted twice; where they are the only support for a value (the five rookie-block card counts, and the rookie-block parallel print runs) that is stated on the row.
- G-015 Gallery.cfm SLUG VALIDATION CONFIRMED ON A SECOND PRODUCT. https://www.tcdb.com/Gallery.cfm/sid/247798/Blue?PageIndex=13 returned "The page you attempted to view does not exist", while https://www.tcdb.com/Gallery.cfm/sid/247798/2019-20-Panini-Encased-Blue?PageIndex=13 returned the correct ten tiles - and the same short slug https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/247798/Blue rendered the checklist perfectly. So the slug is unvalidated on ViewSet.cfm and validated on Gallery.cfm, and the documented 503 remedy of re-fetching under a different slug cannot work on Gallery.
- G-016 SCOPE OF THE tcdb PARALLEL SETS DOES NOT MATCH THE SCOPE OF THE PARALLEL. tcdb catalogues eight "parallel sets" on the parent sid, but their Total Cards figures show they cover different slices of the 274-card parent: Purple "100" (base run only), Blue "130" (base plus the 101-130 block), Red, Gold, Green and Platinum "274" (the whole parent), Bronze FOTL and Blue FOTL "84" (cards 191-274 only, never touching the base run). parallels.csv therefore does NOT map one tcdb parallel set to one row: the base-set-scope rows record only the cards 1-100 portion, and the insert-scope rows are attributed to the sets cardboardconnection names. Bronze FOTL and Blue FOTL are NOT base parallels and are not recorded as such. The per-row serial flag for Red, Gold, Green and Platinum was read off the base portion of those checklists; the aggregator statement is what supports the same figures on the rookie blocks.
- G-017 parallel_family is "other" on all 51 rows and no family was minted. This line publishes no visual family name at all - tcdb names the tiers "Purple", "Blue", "Gold", "Prime", "Tag", "Bronze FOTL"; cardboardconnection and checklistcenter do the same. There is no Encased equivalent of Certified's "Mirror" or Prizm's "Prizm", so minting one would have invented a name the product does not use.
- G-018 Base parallel Purple is the only tier whose tcdb set covers exactly cards 1-100, and it is also the only base tier cardboardconnection does not repeat on any other set. Red, Blue, Gold, Green and Platinum names recur across the base set and up to eight insert scopes, which is why 50 of 51 rows carry scope_ambiguous=yes. "Blue" and "Blue FOTL" are additionally marked name_ambiguous against each other: they are different tiers at different print runs (#/15 and #/3) on different sets.
