Rookie memorabilia (relic) insert; NOT signed, so set_type=insert per EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.2 (there is no relic value in the enum). UNIFORMLY SERIAL NUMBERED /149 - the DISTINCT token set over all 35 rendered rows is exactly {MEM, SN149}, which is the whole set (Total Cards: 35). sets.csv cannot hold a set's own print run (2.2) so the figure lives here in words and in gaps G-007. cardboardconnection names it "Apprentice Shield Relics" and states "35 cards" - the count MATCHES exactly, the name is longer.
