Set-scope parallel of "Distinguished Patch Signatures". tcdb sid 162470, page read back under its own heading "2016-17 Panini Flawless - Distinguished Patch Signatures Gold" with "Total Cards: 18". DISTINCT SERIAL-TOKEN SET ENUMERATED OVER THE TIER'S ROWS, NEVER SAMPLED: AU, MEM, SN10, SN8. PER-CARD VARIABLE RUN: the tier's own rows carry 2 different serial tokens (SN8, SN10), so there IS no tier-level print run. Per EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.3 this is written UNKNOWN/UNKNOWN rather than the modal token, and the schema cannot record 'serial numbered, run varies per card' at all; the census is preserved here and in gaps.csv. UNKNOWN is legal here only because the scope is a SET - CAV-041 forbids it at base-set scope. COVERAGE: 18 (full: rendered rows equal the stated total on both endpoints).
