tcdb sid 162488, heading "2016-17 Panini Flawless - Excellence Signatures", "Total Cards: 65". cardboardconnection's "Excellence Signatures Set Checklist" states 65 cards; two sources agree on the count. DISTINCT SERIAL-TOKEN SET as rendered on its own page, enumerated not sampled: AU, SN25. UNIFORM: all 65 rendered rows carry AU and SN25 and no other serial token, and 65 rendered rows equal the stated Total Cards, so the sweep is complete rather than sampled. https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/162488/2016-17-Panini-Flawless ; https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-flawless-basketball-cards

Checklist · not documented
This set has a recorded count of 65, but the card-by-card checklist is not yet in the catalogue. That's an open research question, not a statement that no checklist exists. If you know a source that documents it, tell us — a pointer to one is exactly what closes these.
