DISTINCT serial-token set enumerated over the tier, never sampled: "SN1" on all 35 rows. Method: Checklist.cfm?sort=0 rendered all 35 rows, and a second ViewSet.cfm fetch was made because that response mis-reported the card-number string "TBD" as a serial token - the documented defect where the fetch layer reads tcdb's card-CODE column as the flag column. ViewSet confirmed the Lance Stephenson row carries card number "TBD" and flag token "SN1", and SN1 on all 35 rows.
