- G-001 Release date disagreement: checklistcenter.com and cardlines.com (body text) both state 2023-05-26; cardsmithsbreaks.com states 2023-05-19. Used the two-source date (2023-05-26). cardlines.com's meta description also floated 'March 15th' and 'March 31st' text elsewhere on the same page, which look like stale/templated boilerplate rather than sourced statements and were disregarded.
- G-002 Card ordering disagreement for the Main tier seam around Kyle Lowry: tcdb.com (fetched independently twice, same result both times) shows 84=Jarrett Allen, 85=Kyle Lowry, 86=Ziaire Williams, 87=James Harden. checklistcenter.com shows 85=Jarrett Allen, 86=Ziaire Williams, 87=James Harden, omitting Kyle Lowry entirely and shifting Allen down one slot. Used tcdb's self-consistent ordering (includes Lowry, a real 2021-22 Miami Heat player) since checklistcenter's version drops a card without accounting for the resulting count.
- G-003 The nine single-card-type gem/insert sets (2974 Set, 75th Anniversary Logo Gems, Every Player Every Game, Finals MVP Trophy Gems, Fully Endorsed, Larry O'Brien Trophy Gems, Mastercraft, Tag Team, Team Logo Gems) are single-source (checklistcenter.com only); could not corroborate names or counts against a second source in the time available.
- G-004 Card counts for Dual Patches (40) and Patches (51) and their attributed parallel tier (Ruby/Gold/Emerald/Amethyst/Platinum) rest on a single checklistcenter.com passage stating these sets 'feature the same parallel structure with minor exceptions noted for specific players' -- not a set-specific breakdown. Recorded as-is; flagged as lower confidence.
- G-005 The Ruby/Gold/Emerald/Amethyst/Platinum tier reported for most autograph sets appears with near-identical wording across cardboardconnection.com and checklistcenter.com, raising a possible single-origin/syndication risk rather than true independent corroboration (same pattern flagged by the 2020-21 sibling on this exact product).
- G-006 Abstained entirely: 0 of 1 cards. tcdb (Checklist.cfm/sid/368361) carries the single card (Stephen Curry) with the literal string 'TBD' in the card-number column -- a tcdb placeholder, not a printed number. No marketplace listing for this 1/1 gem card was found. No row written rather than inventing a number. NOTE also a naming difference: tcdb titles this subset '2974 Gems'; sets.csv row is '2974 Set'. sets.csv was not modified.
- G-007 Partial: 14 of 28 cards written. tcdb (Checklist.cfm/sid/368364) prints real CTA- codes for 14 rows and the literal string 'TBD' in the card-number column for the other 14 (Pau Gasol, Carmelo Anthony, Jayson Tatum, RJ Barrett, Greg Brown III, Miles McBride, Quentin Grimes, Usman Garuba, Jalen Green, Evan Mobley, Joshua Primo, Jonathan Kuminga, Ayo Dosunmu, Moses Moody). The roster is therefore known but the printed numbers are not. Set is #/2, so marketplace evidence is extremely thin. Codes confirmed real via ebay.com listing '2021-22 Panini Flawless Championship Tag Autographs #CTA-SCY Stephen Curry BGS 8'.
- G-008 Partial: 37 of 40 cards written. tcdb (Checklist.cfm/sid/368378) lists only 37 rows, all with real DP- codes; sets.csv card_count is 40 (itself flagged single-source under G-004). Either tcdb is 3 cards short or the stated 40 is wrong. Not resolved -- no second source prints DP- codes for this release.
- G-009 Placeholder card numbers on tcdb: partial coverage on 11 subsets. tcdb's Checklist.cfm pages for these sets mix real printed letter codes with BARE ORDINALS that are tcdb internal placeholders, not printed numbers. Detected by the sort-position test (a coded row renders between two ordinals, e.g. LMA-BDB between '9' and '12'; CT-JEM between '7' and '9'; TLG-SBR between '2' and '4') and confirmed against marketplace listing titles that print the letter code for cards tcdb shows only as an ordinal (goldin.co #LMA-DNW, #TLM-JAE, #TLG-GNA, #TLG-JYT, #DLM-DJ, #LTG-LBJ, #FMVP-GNA). Only the coded rows were written; the ordinal rows were omitted rather than written as numbers. Written vs sets.csv card_count: Logoman Autographs 9/47; Logoman 2/33; Fully Endorsed 4/25; Championship Tags 6/20; Tag Team 3/15; Laundry Tags Autographs 7/17; 75th Anniversary Logo Gems 6/15; Team Logo Gems 3/10; Finals MVP Trophy Gems 4/10; Larry O'Brien Trophy Gems 4/9; Dual Logoman 6/12 (5 from tcdb + DLM-DJ recovered from a goldin.co listing title); Triple Logoman 2/5. These are the 1/1 Logoman / Patch / Tags / gem tiers, where scarcity makes per-card evidence effectively unobtainable.
- G-010 Source naming differs from sets.csv on two rows. tcdb titles the 14-card USA autograph subset '2021-22 Panini Flawless - USA Basketball' (Checklist.cfm/sid/368467) where sets.csv has 'USA Basketball Autographs'; and titles the 1-card gem subset '2974 Gems' (sid/368361) where sets.csv has '2974 Set'. Card counts match exactly (14 and 1) and the USA subset carries the Amethyst/Emerald/Gold/Platinum/Ruby parallel tier of an autograph set, so these are the same sets under different labels. insert_cards.csv rows use the sets.csv spelling byte for byte; sets.csv was NOT modified. Flagged so a resolver matching on source titles does not miss.
- G-011 tcdb's sid block for this release (Checklist.cfm sids 368307-368360, contiguous and alphabetically ordered, ahead of the 2021-22 subsets proper) carries 54 subsets that have NO row in sets.csv: prior-year redemption/update inserts distributed in 2021-22 Flawless packs, namely '2017-18 Panini Flawless Update II:' (Championship Tags Autographs, Logoman Autographs, Vertical Patch Auto Gold/Green/Platinum), '2019-20 Panini Flawless Update II:' (Momentous Autographs plus its 5 parallels), and '2020-21 Panini Flawless Update I:' (Championship Tags Autographs, Draft Gem Signatures, Flawless Finishes, Flawless Patch Autographs, Horizontal Patch Auto, Laundry Tags Autographs, Logoman Autographs, Signature Prime Materials, Star Swatch Signatures, USA Basketball, Vertical Patch Auto, each with its parallels). Recorded as a gap, not added as sets -- whether prior-year update cards belong to this release's set list is a schema decision, not a research one. No cards from these subsets were written.
- G-012 card_number is NOT unique within several sets in this release, and this is recorded as printed rather than de-duplicated. Confirmed real, not a transcription slip: Flawless Autographs has FA-JHD for both James Harden and Jrue Holiday and FA-ZWL for both Ziaire Williams and Zion Williamson -- FA-ZWL for Zion is independently corroborated by goldin.co ('#FAZWL Zion Williamson') and sportscardinvestor.com ('Zion Williamson 2021 Flawless #FA-ZWL'), while ZWL for Ziaire Williams is corroborated across sibling Panini products (Revolution #RA-ZWL, National Treasures #RTM-ZWL). Same pattern in Vertical Patch Auto (VPA-JHD x2, VPA-MSM x2), Flawless Patch Autographs (FPA-JHD x2, FPA-MSM x2), Momentous Autographs (MMA-JHD x2, MMA-MSM x2), Enshrined Signatures (ENS-DRO = David Robinson and Dennis Rodman), Draft Gem Signatures (DGS-ASP x2), Horizontal Patch Auto (HPA-DRS x2), Patches (PT-JCR x2, PT-MKB x2) and Every Player Every Game (EPEG-KT x2, EPEG-PG x2). (set_name, card_number) is therefore NOT a unique key for this release; only (set_name, card_number, player_name) is.
- G-013 Source disagreement on one code. tcdb prints VPA-JLJ for Jalen Johnson; a goldin.co lot title reads '2021-22 Panini Flawless Vertical Patch Autograph #VPA-ILJ Jalen Johnson'. Kept tcdb's VPA-JLJ because the JLJ suffix for Jalen Johnson is consistent across five sibling sets in this same release (FA-JLJ, HPA-JLJ, MMA-JLJ, CTA-JLJ, SPM-JLJ) whereas ILJ appears once; the goldin reading is more likely an I/J transcription slip. Unresolved -- a scan of the card would settle it.
- G-014 Warning for later passes: eBay and goldin CATALOGUE pages for 2021-22 Flawless carry tcdb's placeholder ordinals as if they were card numbers, so a marketplace hit is NOT automatically clearance. Observed: ebay.com/p/4060748679 titled 'Logoman Autographs John Stockton #28 /1' with a structured Card Number attribute of '28', and goldin.co 'Triple Logoman #2 LeBron James/Stephen Curry/Luka Doncic' -- both contradicted by goldin's own lots for the same sets showing #LMA-DNW and #TLM-JAE. Also seen: ebay '#VPA-35' (Carmelo Anthony) and '#DGS-20' (Anthony Davis), i.e. the real prefix bolted onto a placeholder ordinal. Only listing titles carrying a full letter code were treated as evidence here.
