Insert set with no serial token on any row. Enumerated by a FULL-ROW token sweep, never a sample, per CAV-050: every rendered row's flag column was read and the DISTINCT token set recorded. tcdb states "Total Cards: 15" and renders 15 rows, my own count, with no flag token of any kind on any row, at https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/154864/2016-17-Panini-Grand-Reserve-All-Systems-Go?sort=0 . Card numbers are letter-coded (ASG-DBO, ASG-TPA and so on) - a card-number question for the chase pass, not written here. cardboardconnection independently states "15 cards. Case hit."
