Insert set with no serial token on any row. Enumerated by a FULL-ROW token sweep, never a sample, per CAV-050: every rendered row's flag column was read and the DISTINCT token set recorded. tcdb states "Total Cards: 5" and renders 5 rows, my own count, with no flag token on any row, at https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/154865/2016-17-Panini-Grand-Reserve-Closing-Statements?sort=0 ; card numbers are letter-coded (CS-BR, CS-KB ...). cardboardconnection independently states "5 cards. 1:7 cases." (https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-grand-reserve-basketball), which agrees on the count and supplies the odds.
