Enumerated by a FULL-ROW token sweep, never a sample, per CAV-050: every rendered row's flag column was read and the DISTINCT token set recorded. tcdb states "Total Cards: 40" and renders 40 rows, my own count, at https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/154868/2016-17-Panini-Grand-Reserve-Grand-Autographs?sort=0 . cardboardconnection independently states "40 cards" (https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-grand-reserve-basketball).
