Insert set with no serial token on any row. Enumerated by a FULL-ROW token sweep, never a sample, per CAV-050: every rendered row's flag column was read and the DISTINCT token set recorded. tcdb states "Total Cards: 20" and renders 20 rows, my own count, with no flag token on any row, at https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/154888/2016-17-Panini-Grand-Reserve-Startups?sort=0 . cardboardconnection independently states "20 cards." (https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-grand-reserve-basketball). CARD-NUMBER FINDING FOR THE CHASE PASS, recorded in G-015: three of the 20 rows render the BARE PREFIX "ST-" with an empty suffix (Andrew Wiggins, Wade Baldwin IV, Doug McDermott) while the other seventeen carry real codes (ST-BB, ST-CJ ...). Per CHASE_CHECKLIST_SPEC a bare prefix with an empty suffix is not a card number and must be withheld, not repaired.
