Enumerated by a FULL-ROW token sweep, never a sample, per CAV-050: every rendered row's flag column was read and the DISTINCT token set recorded. tcdb states "Total Cards: 42" and I counted 42 enumerated rows at https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/154892/2016-17-Panini-Grand-Reserve-Upper-Tier-Signatures?sort=0 - the fetch's own stated tally on that response was "44 rows listed" against a list of 42, so the list was taken and the tally discarded per EXTRACTION_SPEC section 3.2. cardboardconnection independently states "42 cards."
