ALL 19 OF ITS 19 ROWS WERE REACHED (https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/159534/2016-17-Panini-Immaculate-Collection-Scripts-Red). Rows "16" and "20" - two bare-ordinal rows sitting among SC- codes - render an EMPTY flag column. An empty cell is not a second token, so the distinct token set is {SN25} and 25 is written. A POSITIVE DISCRIMINATIVE TEST was available and it passes: the same renderer emits tokens on those same two rows for the sibling tiers of the same set - Scripts Gold renders "AU, SN10" on 16 and 20 and Scripts Platinum renders "AU, SN1" on them - so the blanks are tcdb loss, not absence of numbering (CAV-042).
