TOKEN SET NOT FULLY ENUMERATED - DELIBERATELY NOT WRITTEN AS 25. A single fetch (https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/217230/2018-19-Panini-Immaculate-Collection-Standout-Memorabilia-Red) rendered 16 of a stated 20 rows, all SN25. The confirming second, differently-varied fetch was lost to a session rate limit and was never run. Since a token you do NOT see is evidence of nothing until a second differently-varied fetch agrees, and since this release has already produced twelve tiers whose own rows disagree (including this set's own base page, which mixes SN99 and SN49), 25 is NOT written off 16 rows on one fetch. Both fields UNKNOWN. This is the one tier in the release that would most likely resolve to a clean integer with one more fetch; see gaps.csv G-009.
