[PROMOTED 2026-08-24: this set carries its own colour tier, captured during extraction but stored as prose in the set's notes where nothing could query it. Now a row scoped to the set. The note stated no print run, so print_run is UNKNOWN - the claim recorded is that this tier EXISTS, nothing more.] [CORRECTED 2026-08-28: print_run was UNKNOWN because the promotion parser read only the colour list inside the parentheses; this set's note states the run in the prose after it.
