Cards 1-100, ONE CONTINUOUS RUN WITH NO TIERS, so no base_card_tiers.csv is written; the run is UNIFORM and every one of the 100 rows carries the tcdb flag token "SN99". Enumerated card by card on two endpoints: Checklist.cfm?PageIndex=1 rendered rows 1-86 (86 of 100, and its own row count equals its number span, so no interior row was silently dropped) and Gallery.cfm?PageIndex=1 through 10 rendered all 100 tiles, ten per page, with team; the 1-86 overlap agrees name for name between the two endpoints with zero mismatches. cardboardconnection states "100 cards. Serial numbered #/99." independently of tcdb. A named-player control was run against a third page, the Holo Silver parallel sid 158702, which returns 13 Kobe Bryant, 60 Joel Embiid, 67 Ben Simmons, 55 Wilt Chamberlain and 28 Seth Curry - all five matching the enumerated list. BASE SET SIZE EXCLUDES TWO AUTOGRAPH BLOCKS FILED PAST THE BASE RUN per EXTRACTION_SPEC 5.3: see the Rookie Autographs and Elegance Rookie Jersey Autographs rows. https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/156489/2016-17-Panini-Impeccable?PageIndex=1 ; https://www.tcdb.com/Gallery.cfm/sid/156489/2016-17-Panini-Impeccable?PageIndex=10 ; https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-impeccable-basketball
