MIXED PER-CARD TIER, SO THERE IS NO SINGLE PRINT RUN. tcdb renders "SN10" and "SN5" across the rows of this tier, i.e. the run varies card by card. A CEILING OR A RANGE IS NOT A PRINT RUN (EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.3), so print_run is UNKNOWN; the tier is nonetheless PROVABLY serial numbered and the schema cannot express "serial numbered, run unknown", so both columns collapse to UNKNOWN and the held fact is recorded in gaps G-020 and G-021. tcdb header for this subset states Total Cards "23".
