tcdb sid 174319 renders the heading "2017-18 Panini National Treasures - All-Decade Materials" and "Total Cards: 20" at https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/174319/2017-18-Panini-National-Treasures-All-Decade-Materials ; 20 of 20 rows rendered in that fetch. Serial numbering is PER-CARD VARIABLE and the distinct token set was enumerated rather than sampled: "SN15" x4, "SN25" x6, "SN49" x4, "SN99" x6. There is therefore no single print run for this set; nothing is written as one. checklistcenter independently lists this set at 20 cards (https://www.checklistcenter.com/2017-18-national-treasures/) -- agreeing with tcdb.
