Notes
Parallel of the set "Penmanship". tcdb sid 218896 renders the heading "2017-18 Panini National Treasures - Penmanship Printing Plates Yellow" and "Total Cards: 40" at https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/218896/2017-18-Panini-National-Treasures-Penmanship-Printing-Plates-Yellow . The DISTINCT token set was ENUMERATED over all 40 rows, not sampled: "SN1" on all 40 rows -- a single serial token and therefore a real tier-level print run of #/1. No channel is written for this tier. The ONLY channel-bearing evidence anywhere on this product is the single non-blank Inserts.cfm Notes cell "1st Off the Line box exclusive" against the Limited Edition sid (https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/170088/2017-18-Panini-National-Treasures); nothing speaks to this tier, so channel is UNKNOWN and channel_basis is EMPTY rather than promoted from a product-level note (EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.3). See gap G-005.
