tcdb sid 174403 renders the heading "2017-18 Panini National Treasures - Rookie Logoman" and "Total Cards: 40" at https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/174403/2017-18-Panini-National-Treasures-Rookie-Logoman ; 40 of 40 rows rendered in that fetch. Serial numbering is UNIFORM across the fully enumerated set: "SN5" on all 40 rows, i.e. #/5. That figure is a property of the set and is written here in words only, never in card_count (EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.2). checklistcenter independently lists this set at 40 cards (https://www.checklistcenter.com/2017-18-national-treasures/) -- agreeing with tcdb. Set inventory backbone: https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/170088/2017-18-Panini-National-Treasures .
