Filed INSIDE the parent checklist as a numbered block past the base run, with no tcdb sid of its own: cards 101-149, of which 115, 145 and 147 are not issued, giving 46 cards. Every row renders "AU, MEM, RC, SN99". Enumerated at https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/170088/2017-18-Panini-National-Treasures?PageIndex=2 (rows 101-172) and https://www.tcdb.com/Gallery.cfm/sid/170088/2017-18-Panini-National-Treasures?PageIndex=18, 19 and 20 (rows 171-200), the two agreeing on the overlap. EXCLUDED from base_set_size under EXTRACTION_SPEC 5.3. Count corroborated in words twice: cardboardconnection "46 cards. Serial numbered #/99." https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2017-18-panini-national-treasures-basketball-cards and checklistcenter "46 Cards - Serial Numbered #/99" https://www.checklistcenter.com/2017-18-national-treasures/ . Uniformly #/99 -- recorded here in words, never in card_count. Each of the 46 numbers ALSO renders a second, "b"-suffixed row flagged "AU, MEM, RC, VAR, SN49"; that variation layer is carried as the "Horizontal" row in parallels.csv rather than as a set of its own. The set name is tcdb's, taken from the heading of its Logoman parallel sid 381179, and both editorial sources use it too.
