tcdb sid 174412 renders the heading "2017-18 Panini National Treasures - Signatures" and "Total Cards: 70" at https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/174412/2017-18-Panini-National-Treasures-Signatures ; 70 of 70 rows rendered in that fetch. Serial numbering is PER-CARD VARIABLE and the distinct token set was enumerated rather than sampled: "SN99" x46, "SN35" x12, "SN49" x5. There is therefore no single print run for this set; nothing is written as one. checklistcenter independently lists this set at 70 cards (https://www.checklistcenter.com/2017-18-national-treasures/) -- agreeing with tcdb. Checklist · not documented
This set has a recorded count of 70, but the card-by-card checklist is not yet in the catalogue. That's an open research question, not a statement that no checklist exists. If you know a source that documents it, tell us — a pointer to one is exactly what closes these.
