Notes
Parallel of the set "Treasures of the Hall". tcdb sid 174426 renders the heading "2017-18 Panini National Treasures - Treasures of the Hall Platinum" and "Total Cards: 20" at https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/174426/2017-18-Panini-National-Treasures-Treasures-of-the-Hall-Platinum . The DISTINCT token set was ENUMERATED over all 20 rows, not sampled: "SN1" on all 20 rows -- a single serial token and therefore a real tier-level print run of #/1. No channel is written for this tier. The ONLY channel-bearing evidence anywhere on this product is the single non-blank Inserts.cfm Notes cell "1st Off the Line box exclusive" against the Limited Edition sid (https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/170088/2017-18-Panini-National-Treasures); nothing speaks to this tier, so channel is UNKNOWN and channel_basis is EMPTY rather than promoted from a product-level note (EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.3). See gap G-005.
