Card count sourced from the "Total Cards:" line on https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/203165/2018-19-Panini-National-Treasures-Colossal-Rookie-Materials . Uniformly serial numbered #/99: tcdb renders the single token "SN99" and no other distinct SN token across this set's rows, first to last. That figure is a property of the SET; sets.csv has no print_run column, so it is written here in words only and never in card_count (spec 2.2). See gaps G-003. Parallel tiers of this set (Prime, Super Prime) are filed in parallels.csv with scope_type=set, following the convention already used by data/nattreasures-bkb-2019-20 for this line.
