Notes
Parallel tier of the NBA Greats Signatures set, listed under "Insert Sets" on https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/198282/2018-19-Panini-National-Treasures and filed here as a set-scope parallel per the convention already used by data/nattreasures-bkb-2019-20. Row-level probe run on Checklist.cfm as spec 3.2 requires: https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/203196/2018-19-Panini-National-Treasures-NBA-Greats-Signatures-Platinum renders "Total Cards: 30". Row-level probe renders the single token "SN1" and no other distinct SN token across this tier's rows, first row to last, so the run is uniform at one-of-one (1/1). No channel is written for this tier. The only channel evidence found anywhere is PRODUCT-level -- steelcitycollectibles titles the box "2018-19 Panini National Treasures Basketball Hobby Box" https://www.steelcitycollectibles.com/i/2018-19-panini-national-treasures-basketball-hobby-box -- and no source speaks to the channel of THIS tier, so channel is UNKNOWN and channel_basis is empty rather than promoted from a product-level note; see gaps G-005.
