  • G-001 tcdb.com's set-overview page states 'Total Cards: 150' for 2020-21 National Treasures Basketball. This is rejected as base_set_size (which is 100, confirmed via checklistcenter.com's explicit '100 Cards - Serial Numbered #/99' label and full card-by-card cross-check against cardboardconnection.com for cards 1-20 and a complete 1-100 fetch from checklistcenter.com). tcdb's 150 figure appears to bundle the 100-card base set with the 50-card Rookie Patch Autographs set (same subset-bundling behavior the 2019-20 sibling caught, where tcdb reported 160 = 100 base + 50 RPA + 10 Rookie Auto).
  • G-002 tcdb.com's per-card checklist pages for this product could not be fully loaded (repeated timeouts / 404s on ViewSet and Checklist URLs); only a truncated fetch returning 'Total Cards: 150' and 'SN99' notation tags on base rows was obtained. Full tcdb per-card corroboration for base_print_run was not possible; relied on checklistcenter.com and waxstat.com instead.
  • G-003 One narrow re-fetch of cardboardconnection.com's checklist page, when asked to search specifically for the string 'Amethyst' among a batch of set/parallel names, returned 'NO / not found'. A separate, broader fetch of the same URL and a direct verbatim quote from checklistcenter.com both affirmed 'Amethyst #/3' as a base parallel, and waxstat.com corroborates independently. Likely explained by the narrow-search fetch only scanning a truncated window of a very long page rather than the tier genuinely being absent, but flagged here for visibility since Amethyst was NOT present in the 2019-20 sibling product's base parallel ladder (Bronze/Gold/Emerald/Platinum only, no Amethyst) and its appearance here is a real ladder change, not a copy-forward.
  • G-004 checklistcenter.com is the only source consulted that itemizes this set's parallel tier, and it lists only one tier ('Bronze #/49') versus the six-tier ladder on the non-horizontal 'Rookie Patch Autographs' set. Single-source for this specific set's parallel detail; card count (50) is corroborated by cardboardconnection.com.
  • G-005 Card count (12) and existence of this carryover autograph subset is single-source (checklistcenter.com only); cardboardconnection.com's page did not surface this heading in any pass attempted. No parallel-tier information was found for this set from any source.
  • G-006 Per EXTRACTION_SPEC, card-level checklists for the 47 insert/autograph sets are out of scope except for sets tiered SSP or case-hit in the scarcity pass. No set was tiered SSP or case-hit (no stated odds were found anywhere for this product), so no card-level checklists beyond the base set were captured.
  • G-007 beckett.com/news/2020-21-panini-national-treasures-basketball-cards/ returned HTTP 403 on every fetch attempt (consistent with source cautions for this project); its set list -- including whether it repeats a 'Colossal Signatures' naming error as seen on the 2019-20 sibling product -- could not be checked.
  • G-008 checklistcenter.com's per-card quote pairs 'Gold FOTL #/24; Purple FOTL #/8; Blue FOTL #/3' within the Rookie Patch Autographs set. Panini's own official Product Information Sheet PDF (blog.paniniamerica.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/20-21_NTBK_PIS_HobbyFOTL.pdf) instead pairs 'FOTL Purple (#'d/24); FOTL Gold (#'d/8); FOTL Blue (#'d/3)' -- the same three color names and print runs, but Purple and Gold are swapped between the two sources. sets.csv's notes field for this set follows checklistcenter.com (the more complete, non-FOTL-specific source); this color/run pairing discrepancy is unresolved and does not affect the base-set parallels file.
  • G-009 No stated numeric pull odds were located for this product from any source checked: cardboardconnection, checklistcenter, waxstat, dacardworld (box and 4-box-case pages), blowoutcards (empty fetch), steelcitycollectibles, blog.paniniamerica.net (FOTL preview + Quality Control Gallery), and Panini's own official Product Information Sheet PDF -- all describe only box-average guarantees (e.g. '4 autographs, 4 memorabilia, 1 printing plate, 1 base-or-base-parallel per box'), never a pack/case ratio. gogts.net 404'd for this product's URL. scarcity_sets.csv, scarcity_parallels.csv, and ssp_cards.csv are therefore header-only (legitimately empty), matching the 2019-20 sibling's finding for this same product line.
  • G-010 8 insert/auto set(s) in this release are documented as carrying their own parallel tier, but no source enumerated the colours, so no scoped parallel rows could be created. The tier exists; its members are unknown.

  • G-016 SOURCE CALIBRATION FINDING for this release (recorded because it inverts the usual heuristic): 2020-21 National Treasures numbers almost every insert/autograph set with a LETTER CODE (AW-, BIO-, CMT-, CF-, CM-, CSM-, CRM-, C10-, C11-, DI-, GG-, GGJ-, JT-, LL-, MTR-, NA-, GS-, NBA-, PE-, PEN-, P-, RTH-, RM1-, RM2-, RM3-, RMJ-, RLO-, PSA-, PSI-, S-, SH-, TT-, TTM-, TMA-, TS-, TTG-, TTH-, TOH-, TRE-, VM-). Only Rookie Patch Autographs and Rookie Patch Autographs Horizontal are numerically numbered, and they use an OWN-BLOCK range 101-150 continuing the 1-100 base set. cardboardconnection.com AND breakninja.com both print Panini's internal sequence numbers instead of the printed codes -- and crucially those sequences CONTAIN HOLES (e.g. Award-Winning Autographs shows as 4, 13, 15, 16, 29, 30), so the usual 'a hole means you are reading printed numbers' heuristic FAILS on this product. Calibration was done against a coded set: tcdb's Award-Winning Autographs (AW-ADV..AW-TRY) vs cardboardconnection's 4/13/15/16/29/30, then confirmed against seller-written marketplace titles that print the codes: '2020-21 Panini National Treasures Lasting Legacies /99 Marcus Camby #LL-MCA Auto' (https://www.ebay.com/itm/336320101123), '2020-21 Panini National Treasures Jersey Prime /25 Bojan Bogdanovic #JT-BJB' (https://www.ebay.com/itm/256689360650), '2020-21 Panini National Treasures - Treasured Signatures Dwyane Wade #TS-DWW /49' (https://www.ebay.com/p/8056564609). tcdb.com is therefore the only source used for card_number on this release.
  • G-017 Colossal Logoman is 99 cards per sets.csv and per cardboardconnection.com; only 26 rows carry a printed CLM- code on tcdb.com (https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/278277/2020-21-Panini-National-Treasures and its ByName/ByLastName/ByAge views). The other 73 rows show Panini's internal sequence number 1-99 instead, which matches cardboardconnection.com's list exactly and is NOT the printed card number. 26 of 99 written; the remaining 73 printed codes are unresolved. Also note tcdb shows the code CLM-MBD on two different cards (Miles Bridges and Malcolm Brogdon) -- written verbatim as a possible genuine duplicate, but unverified against a card image.
  • G-018 Logoman Autographs is 28 cards per sets.csv and cardboardconnection.com; only 2 rows carry a printed LA- code on tcdb.com (https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/278303/2020-21-Panini-National-Treasures). The other 26 rows show Panini's internal sequence number (1,2,3,6,9,11,12,14,15,16,18,19,20,22,23,24,26,27,29,31,34,35,36,38,39 plus one 'TBD'), which matches cardboardconnection.com's 28-card list exactly and is NOT the printed card number. 2 of 28 written; 26 printed codes unresolved.
  • G-019 Treasured Tags is 50 cards per sets.csv; only 7 rows carry a printed TTG- code on tcdb.com (https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/278379/2020-21-Panini-National-Treasures). The other 43 rows show Panini's internal sequence number 1-50 instead. cardboardconnection.com's page truncates before reaching this section, so no second source was obtained. 7 of 50 written; 43 printed codes unresolved.
  • G-020 Treasured Tags Autographs is 10 cards per sets.csv and cardboardconnection.com (which lists them 1-10, Panini sequence). tcdb.com (https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/278380/2020-21-Panini-National-Treasures) carries a printed code for only one of them, TT-DWY (Dwyane Wade, at cardboardconnection's position 4); the rest are sequence numbers or 'TBD'. 1 of 10 written; 9 printed codes unresolved. Note the TT- prefix collides with the Timeless Talents Signatures set in the same release, so this single code is written but flagged.
  • G-021 Jersey Treasures is 99 cards per sets.csv and per tcdb's Super Prime subset (https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/278299/2020-21-Panini-National-Treasures); tcdb's base subset reports 97. 95 rows were recovered by unioning four tcdb sort views (default, ByName, ByLastName, ByAge), each of which truncates around row 78-81. The remaining ~4 codes (one of them Ben Simmons, whom tcdb records as 'TBD') could not be reached in any view and are unresolved.
  • G-022 Personalized is 100 cards per sets.csv, tcdb.com and cardboardconnection.com. 99 codes were recovered by unioning four tcdb sort views, each of which truncates around row 80-84. The 100th, expected to be P-ZWL5 (Zion Williamson -- P-ZWL1 through P-ZWL4 were sourced and every other player in the set has exactly 5 or exactly 10 cards), fell past the truncation point in every view and was NOT written, because inferring the code from the pattern is a guess.
  • G-023 tcdb.com records some cards in this release with the placeholder 'TBD', 'NNO' or a blank number instead of a printed code. Those rows are deliberately NOT written. Affected: Clutch Factor Signatures 1 (LaMelo Ball, 'NNO'; set is 41, 40 written); Colossal Material Autographs 2 (Josh Green, Killian Hayes; set is 37, 35 written); Colossal Materials 1 (Robert Covington, 'NNO'; set is 18, 17 written); Crossover 2010 Rookie Patch Autographs 3 (Jae'Sean Tate, Josh Green, Killian Hayes; set is 25, 22 written); Crossover 2011 Rookie Patch Autographs 1 (Killian Hayes; set is 25, 24 written); Rookie Logoman Relics 2 (Aleksej Pokusevski, Patrick Williams; set is 50, 48 written).
  • G-024 Validating Marks is 16 cards per sets.csv and cardboardconnection.com, and the 16 players match tcdb.com exactly. Two rows were not written: tcdb shows Kevin Durant with no card number ('No.') and shows Jrue Holiday with the code 'PM-TAK', whose PM- prefix does not match this set's VM- prefix and whose TAK suffix corresponds to Thanasis Antetokounmpo in the Penmanship set -- treated as a tcdb data error rather than a printed number. 14 of 16 written; 2 printed codes unresolved.
  • G-025 sets.csv gives card_count 12 for this carryover subset, taken from cardboardconnection.com's '12 cards' heading. Those 12 lines are in fact FOUR distinct cards each counted once per parallel tier: Clutch Factor Signatures Enes Kanter (base/Prime/Super Prime), Colossal Material Autographs Gary Harris and Enes Kanter (base/Prime/Super Prime each) and Definitive Ink Gary Harris (base/Gold/Platinum). tcdb.com holds them as three separate 'Update I' subsets totalling four distinct cards: CF-EKT, CMA-EKT, CMA-GHS, DI-GHS. 4 rows written. sets.csv is NOT altered; recording the disagreement here.
  • G-026 Four set names differ between sets.csv and tcdb.com: sets.csv 'Game Gear Relics' = tcdb 'Game Gear' (39 cards, GGJ- prefix); sets.csv 'Tremendous Treasures Relics' = tcdb 'Tremendous Treasures' (30 cards, TRE- prefix); sets.csv 'Rookie Logoman Relics' = tcdb 'Rookie Logoman' (50 cards, RLO- prefix); sets.csv 'Rookie Private Signings Associate Version' = tcdb 'Rookie Private Signings Association Version' (8 cards, PSA- prefix). Card counts match in all four cases, so these are treated as the same sets. sets.csv names are used byte-exact as required; recording the naming question here rather than changing our rows.
  • G-027 On this release tcdb's BASE subset is short for several sets because some cards were issued only in a parallel tier; the 1/1 tier (Super Prime / Platinum) subset carries the full run with the same codes. Sets resolved this way: Biography Materials (39 -> 40 via Super Prime, adds BIO-SON), Clutch Factor Signatures (40 -> 41, adds CF-MBB), Colossal Material Autographs (36 -> 37, adds CM-MKB), Game Gear Relics (35 -> 39, adds GGJ-ADR/JBR/KKZ/MOB), Lasting Legacies (45 -> 49, adds LL-BHL/DBR/RCV/SKE), Penmanship (38 -> 40 via Platinum, adds PEN-MOB/PEN-RCV -- cardboardconnection notes Robert Covington and Mo Bamba are 'only in select parallels'), Tremendous Treasures Relics (27 -> 30), Material Treasures / Timeline Materials / Treasured Threads (29 + 1 each by unioning base and Super Prime, which are each short by different cards). Recorded so a later pass knows the base subset alone is not authoritative for this product.
  • G-028 The 50 rows for Rookie Patch Autographs Horizontal are the 101-150 run taken from cardboardconnection.com's own 'Rookie Patch Autographs Horizontal Checklist -- 50 cards' section, which lists the same players and numbers as the vertical set at #/75 (except 102 at #/54). Two independent confirmations that the Horizontal cards really do carry these numbers: eBay catalogue entries '#106 Theo Maledon Horizontal /75' (https://www.ebay.com/p/28056584900) and '#130 LaMelo Ball Horizontal /75' (https://www.ebay.com/p/19056536933). tcdb.com has no separate Horizontal subset, so no per-card second source exists for the other 48 rows; flagged for visibility.
  • G-029 Duplicate card_number values written verbatim within a single set, as found: Jersey Treasures has JT-MMR on both Marcus Morris Sr. and Monte Morris, and JT-RDG on both Rudy Gay and Rudy Gobert; Colossal Logoman has CLM-MBD on both Miles Bridges and Malcolm Brogdon. These are plausible genuine collisions (both players in each pair share initials) but none was verified against a card image. Also note prefix collisions ACROSS sets in this release: TT- is used by both Timeless Talents Signatures and Treasured Tags Autographs, and CM-/CMT-/CSM- are three different Colossal/Century sets -- (set_name, card_number) is the only safe key.
  • G-030 beckett.com 403'd again (consistent with G-007); checklistcenter.com's product page carries only set headings, not card-by-card lists, for this release; sportscardspro.com has no per-subset pages for it; PSA's population pages require sign-in; gogts.net has nothing. Effectively ONE source (tcdb.com) prints the real card numbers for this product, with cardboardconnection.com and breakninja.com usable only for player membership and Panini sequence numbers. That is materially thinner than the flagship lines (Prizm/Donruss/Select), where tcdb, breakninja, checklistcenter and cardboardconnection all agree card-for-card. Result: 1,454 of the 1,630 cards catalogued in sets.csv resolved (89.2%); 33 of 47 sets complete to their sets.csv count, 14 partial, 0 abstained entirely.
