The May date is a superseded preview estimate, not a conflicting fact.
• G-002 As in 2023-24 (see that release's gap G-004), the 2024-25 base 1-100 checklist -- corroborated identically across checklistcenter.com and checklistinsider.com -- includes well over twenty members of the CURRENT (2024) draft class directly in base (e.g. #3 Ja'Kobe Walter, #13 Donovan Clingan, #58 Stephon Castle, #64 Bronny James Jr.), where the pre-2023-24 sibling convention confined current-year rookies to the Rookie Patch Auto set only. This is a continuation of the break first observed in 2023-24, corroborated by two independent sources both years, and treated as a genuine product-design change rather than fabrication.
• G-003 cardsmithsbreaks.com, a primary working source for the 2019-20 through 2023-24 siblings, returned an 'Invalid Checklist' error page for this product on every fetch attempt and could not be used. beckett.com 403'd on every fetch attempt. No Panini Product Information Sheet PDF could be located for 2024-25 (checklistcenter.com and checklistinsider.com's FOTL-vs-Hobby release-date split was used instead; see release.csv).
• G-004 checklistcenter.com reports 185 cards for this set, consistently across two independently-fetched passes of the same page, but no second site corroborates the count, and it is a large jump from the 2022-23 sibling's identically-named 100-card, all-1/1 set. Recorded as reported (185) with a single-source caveat rather than UNKNOWN, since the internal consistency across two separate fetches of the primary source is stronger evidence than the 2023-24 season's single, unconfirmed 192-card reading (which was recorded UNKNOWN there).

The Gold and Platinum subsets render the WHOLE set as 1..20 with holes at 10 and 12, which looks like a genuine printed run with gaps but is not: position 10 is ALL-BRU (Jalen Brunson) and position 14 is ALL-PAY (Gary Payton) in the subsets that do carry codes. Jokic's printed code was not found on any marketplace listing.

• G-036 PARTIAL: 1 of 8 cards per sets.csv written for 'Treasured Tags Autographs'. Only TTA-LKD (Luka Doncic) carries a real printed code on tcdb (sid 556270). The other seven rows are the bare ordinals 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10 -- and TTA-LKD renders BETWEEN '3' and '7', which is exactly the tcdb bare-ordinal PLACEHOLDER signature the spec describes for 1/1 sets tcdb has not fully catalogued. Writing those seven ordinals as card_number would have produced seven silently-wrong identifiers, so they were abstained on.
• G-037 PARTIAL: 6 of 9 cards per sets.csv written for 'Treasured Talents Signatures'. tcdb (sid 556271) renders '3' between TAL-JAM and TAL-ANT and '7' between TAL-SGA and TAL-IVE -- bare-ordinal PLACEHOLDERS detectable by sort position, not printed numbers -- and stores a further row (Nikola Jokic) as 'TBD'. The three affected subjects are Luka Doncic, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Nikola Jokic; their printed codes were not found.
• G-038 PARTIAL: 22 of 25 cards per sets.csv written for 'Viewpoint Signatures'. One missing row is Julius Erving, stored by tcdb as 'TBD' (sid 556282). Two further cards are absent from tcdb altogether (23 rows including the TBD against sets.csv's 25).
• G-039 sets.csv records card_count UNKNOWN for 'Rookie Triple Materials'. tcdb's subset (sid 556230, https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/556230/2024-25-Panini-National-Treasures) carries a complete 25-card RTM- coded run, and all 25 rows have been written to insert_cards.csv. This RESOLVES the UNKNOWN to 25 on a single source; sets.csv was not edited (out of scope for this pass) and the count should be updated there after a second source confirms.
• G-040 'Rookie Patches' and 'Rookie Patches 2010' are carried in sets.csv as two separate 13-card sets, and BOTH occupy the SAME printed card numbers 151-163 with the SAME 13 subjects. This is confirmed, not inferred: checklistinsider.com says of Rookie Patches 2010 that it 'shares identical card numbers (151-163) and player roster as the standard Rookie Patches set' (https://www.checklistinsider.com/2024-25-panini-national-treasures-basketball), and tcdb carries the identical run under both names (sid 556223 'Rookie Patches 2010' = sid 556227 'Rookie Patches Bronze' = 151-163, and sid 556224 'Rookie Patches 2010 Black' = sid 556226 'Rookie Patches Black'). Both sets' 13 rows have therefore been written with the same card numbers, which makes card_number non-unique across the release; (set_name, card_number) is the key. FLAGGED because it is also possible that these are one physical set catalogued twice under two names by both upstream sources, in which case one of the two sets.csv rows is spurious. Not resolved here.
• G-041 tcdb's subset block for this release (sids 556078-556290, contiguous and alphabetical) contains named base subsets that have NO corresponding row in our sets.csv: 'NBA Materials' (sid 556154), 'Retro Materials' (556174), 'Rookie Dual Materials' (556177), 'Rookie Jumbo Materials' (556186), 'Rookie Logoman' (556193), 'Rookie Materials' (556194), 'Silver Draft Logo' (556240), 'Silver HOF Logo' (556241), 'Silver NBA Logo' (556242), 'Treasured Metals' (556259-556261 Gold/Platinum/Silver), 'Treasured Threads' (556272), 'Tremendous Treasures' (556279). No cards were written for any of them -- writing to a set_name not in sets.csv is out of scope -- but the release's set list appears incomplete and should be re-checked.
• G-042 Six card_number values are printed TWICE within a single set on tcdb and have been reproduced verbatim rather than corrected: Biography Materials BM-DWH (Derrick White and Dwight Howard) and BM-JHD (James Harden and Jrue Holiday); Definitive Ink DI-ALH (Al Harrington and Al Horford) and DI-ITH (Isaiah Thomas and Isiah Thomas); Franchise Treasures FT-CJO (Cameron Thomas and Cameron Johnson); Peerless Signatures PS-JOE (Joe Dumars and Joe Johnson). Each pair is two players whose names share the same three-letter abbreviation, so these are most likely tcdb transcription errors on one member of each pair rather than genuine printed collisions -- but no marketplace listing was found for the second member of any pair, so neither code was altered. (set_name, card_number) is NOT unique in this release even within a single set.
• G-043 CALIBRATION RESULT, contradicting the shared spec's source list. The spec names sportscardspro.com among the 'sources that print the real codes'. For 2024-25 National Treasures Basketball it does NOT: its per-subset pages renumber coded sets 1..N WITH HOLES, which mimics a genuine printed run. Demonstrated on National Archives Ink, where sportscardspro lists Jamal Crawford as '2', '3' for Amen Thompson, '5' for Dennis Rodman etc., while tcdb gives NAI-CRW / NAI-AMN / NAI-ROD and an eBay listing title confirms '#NAI-CRW' for Crawford (https://www.ebay.com/p/2360796300). Same behaviour on Logoman Autographs (1-40), Colossal Logoman (1-93+), Treasured Tag Logoman (1-50) and Rookie Jumbo Prime Team Logo Signatures Booklet (1-30). sportscardspro's PARENT-set listing is a different matter and DOES carry real printed numbers -- it was used to corroborate Rookie Patch Autographs 101-150 and Rookie Patches 151-163. SECOND CALIBRATION RESULT: tcdb's own ChecklistByName.cfm view renders bare 1..N DISPLAY INDICES where Checklist.cfm renders the printed codes (Clutch Factor Signatures sid 556094 gives CFS-AJJ..CFS-WAL on Checklist.cfm and 1..38 on ChecklistByName.cfm), so the sibling-agent technique of unioning tcdb's ByName/ByLastName/ByAge views is UNSAFE for card_number on this release. Only Checklist.cfm was used.
• G-044 The RJB- prefix serves THREE different sets in this single release: Rookie Jumbo Jersey Number Signatures Booklet (tcdb sid 556185), Rookie Jumbo Prime Brand Logo Signatures Booklet (556191) and Rookie Jumbo Prime Team Logo Signatures Booklet (556192). 25 codes (RJB-ADM, RJB-AJJ, RJB-BUB, RJB-CLG, RJB-DAL, RJB-DEV, RJB-DIL, RJB-EDY, RJB-HOL, RJB-JAR, RJB-JAY, RJB-JML, RJB-KJJ, RJB-KYS, RJB-MIS, RJB-MIT, RJB-MOG, RJB-OSO, RJB-SHP, RJB-TDS, RJB-TID, RJB-TSJ, RJB-WAL, RJB-WEL and, in two of the three, RJB-BAY/BUZ/DAD/FUR/KOL) appear in more than one of them. The VP- prefix is likewise shared by 'Viewpoint Signatures' and the separately-named set 'Viewpoint Signatures Bronze'. Any resolver keyed on prefix alone will mis-hit; (set_name, card_number) is the only safe key.
