Boundaries, verified by fetching Gallery.cfm pages 21-40 of https://www.tcdb.com/Gallery.cfm/sid/264068/2020-21-Panini-Noir and the tcdb 'Metal Frame' 100-card page (sid 275326): 1-200 base (4 tiers); 201-300 the Metal Frame family (Statement Edition 201-230, Rookies Statement Edition 231-250, Feature Length 251-270, Split Screen 271-290, Vintage Art 291-300); 301-400 the rookie autograph block (Rookie Patch Autographs Black and White 301-340 = 40, Rookie Patch Autographs Color 341-380 minus 350 = 39, Rookie Autographs 381-400 minus 393 = 19). 200 + 100 + 98 = 398. Every one of these eight sub-counts matches sets.csv exactly, which independently corroborates the previously single-sourced checklistcenter.com counts and ALSO corroborates the 40/39 split questioned in G-003. Content corroborates the boundaries too: 231-250 are all 2020-21 rookies, 271-290 are all dual-player cards, 291-300 single-player. The 2019-20 block boundaries recur UNCHANGED in 2020-21 -- but note this was verified, not assumed.
