Notes

tcdb sid 150300, heading read-back "2016-17 Donruss Optic - Purple", "Total Cards: 200". DISTINCT SERIAL-TOKEN SET ENUMERATED, NOT SAMPLED: NO serial token is rendered on any row. Checklist.cfm?PageIndex=1&sort=0 rendered 48 rows spanning 1-79 with zero tokens and PageIndex=2&sort=0 rendered 40 rows spanning 101-179 with zero tokens. unnumbered/no is written on a POSITIVE DISCRIMINATIVE TEST, not on an absence: the same renderer emits SN99 on every rendered row of the Red tier of this same parent (https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/150303/2016-17-Donruss-Optic-Red?PageIndex=1&sort=0), and tcdb Inserts.cfm leaves this row's Notes cell EMPTY while annotating nine sibling rows (https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/146985/2016-17-Donruss-Optic). cardboardconnection lists this tier by name with no print run (https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-donruss-optic-basketball-cards) - recorded as corroboration of EXISTENCE only, not of the value, so source_confidence stays single.
