- G-001 gogts.net states release date as March 2, 2021, conflicting with cardboardconnection.com and tcdb.com, which both state April 14, 2021. Used the 2-source-agreed date (April 14, 2021).
- G-002 Parallel tier (Red #/75, Blue #/49, Turquoise #/25, Gold #/10, Green #/5, Black 1/1) is single-source (cardboardconnection.com only); checklistcenter.com only vaguely says "comparable parallel structure" without naming colours or print runs.
- G-003 Parallel tier (Red, Blue, Turquoise, Gold, Green, Black) for both sets is single-source (cardboardconnection.com only). Re-fetched narrowly twice to confirm this was not a summarization artifact (both sets independently return the identical parallel block verbatim), but no second independent site was found with itemized colours.
- G-004 No source found with explicit "RC"/Rookie Card designation on individual base card listings, so rookie_flag is UNKNOWN for all 90 base cards, even though the set is known to include first-year players (e.g. Anthony Edwards, James Wiseman, LaMelo Ball, Tyrese Haliburton).
- G-005 Card-level checklist for the 10-card Base Variation subset is single-source (breakninja.com); only one entry (#6 Kawhi Leonard) was cross-checked against a second source (tcdb.com's "V on back" variant notation). No source anywhere uses short-print/SSP/case-hit language for this subset, so it received no scarcity tier and is not included in ssp_cards.csv.
- G-006 Exhaustive search (cardboardconnection.com, checklistcenter.com, dacardworld.com, blog.paniniamerica.net First Look and Quality Control Gallery posts, targeted web searches) found NO numeric odds sheet and no editorial/manufacturer use of the words "case hit", "SSP", or "short print" for any set or parallel in this release. Only average per-box configuration language was found (e.g. "two autograph or memorabilia cards and two parallels per hobby box, on average"), which is not a scarcity tier. scarcity_sets.csv and scarcity_parallels.csv are therefore empty (header only) by design.
- G-007 cardboardconnection.com notes the Ben Simmons card in Origins Memorabilia is excluded from the Base/Red/Blue parallels and instead numbered #/25 — an anomaly not corroborated by a second source.
- G-008 1 insert/auto set(s) in this release are documented as carrying their own parallel tier, but no source enumerated the colours, so no scoped parallel rows could be created. The tier exists; its members are unknown.

- G-021 Six Star Signatures (sets.csv card_count 2) resolved 0 of 2 cards. tcdb has NO checklist for it: https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/266204/2020-21-Panini-Origins-Six-Star-Signatures returns "The checklist for this set is not yet available.", and the parallel-page test also fails because its only parallel https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/266205/2020-21-Panini-Origins-Six-Star-Signatures-Black returns the identical message. The only card numbers available anywhere are the bare ordinals "1" and "2" from cardboardconnection.com and sportscardchecklist.com (https://www.sportscardchecklist.com/set-215095/2020-21-panini-origins-six-star-signatures-basketball-trading-card-checklist); both sites FAILED per-release calibration on this product's coded sets (cardboardconnection renders Rookie Autographs as "1 Anthony Edwards / 2 James Wiseman / 3 LaMelo Ball" in draft order where the cards print RA-EDW / RA-WIS / RA-BAL), so their ordinals are row indices and are unwritable. No marketplace seller title for the BASKETBALL card could be found. ROSTER (withheld numbers): card A = Anthony Edwards / Deni Avdija / James Wiseman / Killian Hayes / LaMelo Ball / Obi Toppin; card B = Anthony Edwards / Isaac Okoro / James Wiseman / LaMelo Ball / Onyeka Okongwu / Patrick Williams (both #/10, per cardboardconnection.com). NOTE: a goldin.co lot (https://goldin.co/item/2020-panini-origins-six-signatures-booklet-sss-1-burrow-tagovailoa-hergojpt) shows prefix SSS- for the 2020 Panini Origins FOOTBALL set of this name; that is a different product and was deliberately NOT carried across to basketball.
- G-022 OM-KL is rendered on TWO different players - Kyle Lowry (Toronto Raptors) and Kawhi Leonard (Los Angeles Clippers) - on every tcdb page for this set (base sid 266174, Red sid 266179, Black sid 266175, and Gallery page 2). cardboardconnection.com independently lists both players among the set's 20 cards, so this is a genuine two-player initials collision, not a data-entry smear (a smear would need 4+ players per the spec). Both rows are written verbatim and flagged; chase_cards is unique on (set_id, card_number, player_name) so both load. Which of the two the printed card actually reads OM-KL is unresolved - no marketplace title was found for either.
- G-023 tcdb assigns Daniel Oturu the suffix OUT in Origins Autographs Silver Ink (OA-OUT) and on that set's Gold Ink parallel (sid 266171), but OTU in all four other sets he appears in (RA-OTU, RJA-OTU, RAB-OTU, RJJ-OTU). Confirmed on two independent tcdb pages for the OA- form, so it is not a single-page typo. Written verbatim in both forms; NOT normalised in either direction, since the spec records that sibling sets in one release genuinely do assign different suffixes to the same player. Unresolved: no marketplace title was found to settle which form the Silver Ink card actually prints.
- G-024 All 10 Base Variation card numbers carry a trailing "b" (6b, 32b, 56b, 59b, 66b, 71b, 72b, 73b, 74b, 77b) sourced from https://www.tcdb.com/Errors.cfm/sid/262172/2020-21-Panini-Origins. The "b" is tcdb's disambiguator distinguishing the variation from the identically-numbered base card; it is NOT established that any character is printed on the card, and no source was found showing what the variation's back actually reads beyond the bolded "V". Written verbatim per the spec; a consumer should not assume the card reads "6b". This set has no tcdb sid of its own - it is filed inside the parent checklist - so no parallel page exists to cross-check the token.
- G-025 Chase checklist run 2026-09-11: 249 of 251 scoped cards resolved across 9 sets (99.2%). Fully reconciled against sets.csv card_count: Origins Autographs Silver Ink 40/40, Rookie Autographs 40/40, Rookie Jersey Autographs 40/40, Rookie Auto Booklet Patch 40/40, Rookie Jumbo Jerseys 39/39, Legendary Autographs 20/20, Origins Memorabilia 20/20, Base Variation 10/10. Only Six Star Signatures (0/2) is unresolved - see G-021. All card numbers are letter-coded (OA-, RA-, RJA-, RAB-, RJJ-, LA-, OM-) except Base Variation, which uses base-mirrored numbers with a b suffix; no set in this release is numbered 1..N. Primary source tcdb.com throughout. cardboardconnection.com was calibrated per set type and used for ROSTERS and CARD COUNTS ONLY - it renumbers every coded set in this release 1..N and supplied no card_number. An eBay title found during research (https://www.ebay.com/itm/335926188049, "2020-21 Panini Origins - Rookie Jersey Autographs Anthony Edwards #RJA-EDW /99 (AU, MEM, RC)") carries the tcdb flag string "(AU, MEM, RC)" and was therefore treated as tcdb-seeded and NOT counted as independent corroboration.
