Notes

tcdb files this tier under the "2018-19 Hoops Winter" parent at https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/188435/2018-19-Hoops-Winter rather than under this release's own Inserts.cfm. Set page: https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/188428/2018-19-Hoops-Winter-Purple ; parent set inventory: https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/182809/2018-19-Hoops ; second source: https://www.checklistcenter.com/2018-19-panini-nba-hoops-basketball-card-checklist/. tcdb renders the set title "2018-19 Hoops Winter - Purple" and "Total Cards: 300" with no serial token on any row; checklistcenter prints the name "Purple Winter" among the unnumbered base-set parallels, and that name is written here because it is what a source prints and it keeps the tier distinguishable from the separate "Purple" tier at https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/188427/2018-19-Hoops-Purple. CHANNEL DECLINED: the Holiday blaster copy says "Look for exclusive Winter Parallels!" as a group claim and no source names this tier individually, so channel is UNKNOWN with an empty basis rather than inherited.
