Applies to

the full 270-card base set of 2020-21 Panini Hoops

Notes

Covers base 1-250 (Veterans + Rookies); the Hoops Tribute portion 251-270 is not paralleled except by the Premium Box Set. Print run and name confirmed by beckett and checklistcenter (midwestcards repeats the same list). Explosion family. Named as "BASE BLUE EXPLOSION" retail-exclusive content in dacardworld product copy for the 11-pack blaster, the 24-pack retail box and the jumbo value/cello pack (all three list the same retail-exclusive block, "numbered to as low as 15"), so it is retail-wide rather than tied to one SKU.
