Own tcdb sid 157806: https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/157806/2016-17-Panini-Preferred-2016-NBA-Finals renders the heading "2016-17 Panini Preferred - 2016 NBA Finals" with "Total Cards: 20" and cards 1-20. Every row renders a MEM token and NO AU token, so this is an unsigned memorabilia set and set_type is "insert" per EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.2 (there is no relic value in the enum). The DISTINCT serial-token set over EVERY rendered row is exactly {"SN99", "SN86", "SN76", "SN31", "SN13", "SN3"}. cardboardconnection corroborates on https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-preferred-basketball with "2016 NBA Finals Book Relics: 20 cards". Single-source on the print run in the sense that cardboardconnection prints no figure for it; the run comes from the tcdb row-level tokens. FLAG-COLUMN LOSS MEASURED ON THIS SET, AND IT IS WHY THE MEM CLAIM IS SOURCED TWICE: https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/157806/2016-17-Panini-Preferred-2016-NBA-Finals rendered the SN tokens on all 20 rows but NO MEM token on any row, while https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/157806/nba-finals-flagcolumn-recheck renders "MEM, SN99 *MEM: Jersey*" on card 1 and a MEM token on all 20, and answered a direct yes/no question that MEM appears and AU does not. The two endpoints agree on the SN token of every one of the 20 rows. A one-endpoint read would have recorded this memorabilia set as carrying no memorabilia flag -- CAV-042 in the Checklist-drops-it direction, on a fresh sid.

This set has a recorded count of 20, but the card-by-card checklist is not yet in the catalogue. That's an open research question, not a statement that no checklist exists. If you know a source that documents it, tell us — a pointer to one is exactly what closes these.
