Own tcdb sid 157803: https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/157803/2016-17-Panini-Preferred-Board-Members renders the heading "2016-17 Panini Preferred - Board Members" with "Total Cards: 16" and cards 1-16. Every row renders a MEM token and NO AU token, so this is an unsigned memorabilia set and set_type is "insert" per EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.2 (there is no relic value in the enum). The DISTINCT serial-token set over EVERY rendered row is exactly {"SN99"}. cardboardconnection corroborates on https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-preferred-basketball with "Board Members: 16 cards, #/99". tcdb row tokens and cardboardconnection agree on the figure.
