Notes

tcdb Inserts.cfm Notes cell reads "Serial numbered to 10" (https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/146982/2016-17-Panini-Prestige) and Checklist.cfm renders SN10 on every rendered row - 60 of 60 on page 1 under the default sort, 60 of 60 again under ?sort=0, and 48 of 48 on page 2 - with no second distinct serial token anywhere (https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/148261/2016-17-Panini-Prestige-Bonus-Shots-Gold). Corroborated by an independent editorial lineage: cardboardconnection prints "Gold Bonus Shots #/10" (https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-prestige-basketball). CHANNEL DELIBERATELY NOT ASSIGNED: no source states a channel for THIS parallel. The only channel sentence reachable is cardboardconnection's "Exclusive to Target over the last few years, 2016-17 Panini Prestige Basketball sees the NBA brand finally return to the hobby lineup." (https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-prestige-basketball) - a statement about the LINE'S HISTORY and about the release, not about any parallel, so per CAV-010 it earns no basis here. channel=UNKNOWN with channel_basis EMPTY per EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.3. See G-008.
