Notes
Serial token SN10 on every one of the 25 rendered rows, which is the page's full stated Total Cards, with no second distinct serial token: https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/148275/2016-17-Panini-Prestige-Distinctive-Ink-Rainbow . Single-source (tcdb only); cardboardconnection's checklist does not reach this tier. Every row also carries AU. NOTE THE CONTRAST WITH ITS OWN BASE TIER: Distinctive Ink renders three distinct serial tokens over its 25 rows while this colour tier of the same set renders one on all 25. CHANNEL DELIBERATELY NOT ASSIGNED: no source states a channel for THIS parallel. The only channel sentence reachable is cardboardconnection's "Exclusive to Target over the last few years, 2016-17 Panini Prestige Basketball sees the NBA brand finally return to the hobby lineup." (https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-prestige-basketball) - a statement about the LINE'S HISTORY and about the release, not about any parallel, so per CAV-010 it earns no basis here. channel=UNKNOWN with channel_basis EMPTY per EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.3. See G-008.
